    I bought this combo of A S Trading Company, order number is[protected]. A pink and a yellow kurti of same size (medium) were purchased. the yellow kurti was proper fit while the pink was not fitting properly. The elbow portion is too tight that i am unable to raise my hands. the stitching too was not properly done as you can see total asymmetry on both the sides...on one side there was excess cloth as the stitching has not been done in a proper way. The arm hole is too tight and wearing that is impossible. i raised this issue many times in your site. The first time the courier person came i gave him the pinkkurti and he asked for the second too ...i didnt know whether to give both as the previous day one of your customer care executive mislead me on this. the man who came cancelled the order and asked me to contact your customer care executive and enquire about returning the combo i checked with your executive again and came to know that i have to return both and i reinitiated the process then came series of messages saying my exchange has been cancelled due to quality check. I should say that whoever doing the quality check is not even ready to read the reason why you want to exchange the product ...i tried many times to get a pic of the fit issue in camera but very difficult to capture it properly .But once you check the product i received you will understand how worst the cutting and stitching has been done...
    I am regular customer of myntra, flipkart and amazon...whenever i had the fitting problem...(leave alone the stitching issues) ...I could very easily get an exhange...but here this is consuming my valauable time .Though my case is very genuine it has not been properly dealt. Kindly consider my grievance and take necessary measures to solve this.

            I'm repeatedly raising exchange request for meesho to return a saree were I got other colour I have attended a photo of the saree also but they are repeatedly cancelling my return request saying not matching the expectation now customer have gave me the saree to return it but they are not taking back the saree what I have to do with the saree.

              Company is fraud.They pick up my items worth Rs.1000 on 31/03/2021 and changed status to Refunded.But I did not receive any amount till date in my bank account.I shared my bank statements to company but then also they did not refund the amount and told that we cannot do anything.

                I have ordered 1 study table on 14th may of 1068 rs. And done payment by Google pay after deducting money order cancelled . And till now not got my money back. Its almost 15 days has been..and still i am struggling for it..

                  I placed A prepaid order of One kurta which cost ₹388 on 28 th of April, 2021, at that time the expected delivery date was 9 the of May 2021.On 18th of May, 2021, I got notification that it is returned to supplier as the delivery partner was Not able to make the delivery.The return was without my permission And consent .And I didn't get the refund of ₹388 yet.Kindly do the needfull.I need My refund of ₹388.Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

                    I placed an order for a Lahenga, and the seller(Shah Gold) was fraud and sent me an old filthy used slip instead. I contacted Meesho for the refund and they are not even refunding me back.
                    I am not the only one with this issue, i encountered few other people who got trapped and placed orders from Meesho's fake seller, and somehow all o[censored]s have the same prob and return pickup is not successful and no resolution. How can it be possible?

                    Please do something to stop this scam from Meesho.

                        I ordered western gowns for women .my order number is[protected].i ordered this dress 4/5/2021.and delivered on 13/5/2021.delivery boy number is [protected].so my problem is, when iam opening app, it's shows, registration failed, so this is my first order at Meesho
                        . after the product is delivered, I didn't receive my gown, I received 2 old and damaged sarees, so I called to customer support, I told them About my problem, they even send me a mail that they will do refund to me, they said u have to upload ur bank details in the app, but the app is not opening .I don't know what is the reason of blocking my account.in a telephonic conversation with Meesho customer support service, they say, u can send ur bank details to Meesho email .I send to them .but no reply from them .my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                        Why my issue is not solved yet ?
                        My order number is[protected].when I called to Meesho customer support and mailed them many times, they are says that my account is blocked, so they can't help me, in mails also they're replying that my email id is not registered .in a telephonic conversation with Meesho customer support, when I ask about my order, they says that, Its not dispatched from our supplier and the order is cancelled .then how am receiving my orders, who are sending those used, damaged, old products using Meesho name? I request to take a serious action against those fraudsters .who are sending those damaged products .

                          I was ordering a product in meesho..when the payment was completed through online (UPI). It showed the order was cancelled. But the amount was debited from the account.How can I get back the amount. No history of ordering that product is showing in meesho. I have bank statement with me.How can I get back the amount.

                            I was complaining about not refunding the total amount for 2 set of orders containing 10 products in which first order contain 4 product and the second one has 6 products meesho refunded 528 rupees but the total cost is upto 2290 rupees and also meesho sent 2 product instead of 10, we return it properly without any mistakes please respond properly and return the balance amount as much as possible

                              I have not receive my shippment but they show that it was delivered. I connect with their customer support and also emil them but no respone. I waited for 3 days but I am very disappointed with meesho. I am complainting fir that matter because my order is prepaid.

                              I am very disappointed and heart broken because it is never happened to me. But their support or so called mesho help center is very useless they just said that please hold the call for 1 mint and than cut my call and never call again. My order is prepaid unless I don't care. If their delivery is late I'm okay with that but this type of fraud they did with me is very dirty

                                3 orders placed as seperate Order #[protected]/[protected]/[protected].. It got dispatched by one tracking I'd delhivery [protected] .. They collected cod amt for 3 saree but received one saree. So I given complaint on 27th April complaint number 9053482. Customer care lady mentioned wrong order I'd so it was rejected.So again I given my complaint on 7th may complaint no. 9284155. Now I got mail as this complaint was rejected as it was given late. Item delivered on 26th, next day I gvn complaint. They cheated me. Lost my money

                                  I order a product from Meesho and its delivered on 05/05/2021. After received my order its not the quality one which i am looking for, therefore i want to return/exchange it back but there in no option available in site. Tried reaching the Customer Care within 7 days and emailed them multiple times but they never respond properly. Emailed customer care with all the documents on 09/05/2021 and got response from Meesho on 10/05/2021-Monday that they closed this issue but i didnt get any resolution. Everytime there is option for return/exchange and for this product return option was available but after delivered its not appear in the site. Attached Screeshort where no return option available.

                                    Delivered wrong delivery with to pay basis to me.
                                    i thought i received order and i collected order.
                                    After receiving came to know that it is fake order.
                                    i tried to contacting Meesho more than 10 time no body answered rightly via call.
                                    No response via email ([protected]@meesho.com and [protected]@meesho.com)

                                    Order#[protected] Placed on 7th may'2021. But they delivered wrong item and not updated as delivered to place return.

                                    kindly resolve my issue urgently. refund my amount.

                                        My mother, Rokia Khatun ordered 10 khadi soaps with INR 236 ( COD ) in MEESHO, order id : [protected], several days ago . And its delivery date was Friday, 7th May. The courier partner AWB contacted her on the same day but due to her health issue she couldnt pick up the phone. Instead, i contacted him via her phone, to which AWB agent Arindam Mitra ( delivery man, phone number :[protected] replied that the parcel would be delivered today, 9th May. But when reached for him, he simply said there is no such parcel in the name of my mother, Rokia Khatun
                                        Sir, i therefore, request u to kindly take firm steps against this nuisance of Meesho and AWB (courier partner). A screenshot is given for your kind perusal.
