    I ordered for Product- on Meesho for a customer. But a wrong product was delivered. Upon initiating return, the delivery executive showed up on the customer's doorstep on a number of occasions only to notify that since image of shipment delivered does not match with the ordered product, hence they cannot accept the product for return. On contacting Meesho helpline, everytime they said they are looking into this and logging in a compliant for this case. This process of logging in complaints and delivery executive showing up at customer's doorstep only to notify that they cannot accept the return shipment since the product image does not match. Eventually after repeatedly chasing Meesho helpline for this case, delivery execuitbe did collect the return shipment but the status was never updated in the Meesho app due to which the refund is not getting processed. Now, Meesho is saying they will not issue a refund until and unless a return slip is provided which indicates that return shipment was picked up by the delivery executive, which in the first place was never provided to the customer inspite of repeatedly pleading with the delivery executive for the same.

      I had ordered a blue dress on 20th April 2021 at 9.57 am. I received the dress on 24th April 2021 at 1.38 pm but in that parcel I was given only cardboard. My product has been missing.
      After that I tried to contact the company but I got no response. I tried to return the parcel but they refused to take the parcel return.
      If I contacted the delivery boy, he said me to contact the company
      Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        My sister told her friend to order the necklace as she orders the things in Meesho and after that we recieved the shipment and paid 1200, when we opened the package we found that it has a dirty shampoo bottle, after that we asked the girl why it is happened? she showed that her order was still on way and don't know some how, the adrress and contact number has been leaked to another party.

        Shame on meesho, govt should ban their app immediately.
        stop fooling and cheating people and doing such frauds.

          I have ordered a lahenga choli of Rs1097 on 5april 2021at 2.42pm in colour of sea green from West Bengal. But they have delivered me a 3picece of worst quality clothes in colour of golden on 11 April but they have shown the order was delivered by 17april . But i don't receive any courier at that very day. The reference no of the delivered product pack is TRK#[protected]. The order id is SF[protected]FPL .

            Dear meesho I order more than 20 sarees few were delivered but 4 sarees were not delivered it's shows product has been delivered on April 16th I lossed almost 3360 rs how can I get my money back meesho please rectify my problem refund my money.
            Meesho is a good app but why it didn't support to customers

              I made on online transaction on Meesho app.
              Avenues India — Meesho (Online cloth shopping) order not placed but payment deducted via INB Avenues India Private Limited.
              I paid Rs. 854/- towards an order using Meesho app on 18th April 2021. The payment was performed through SBI Net Banking and the amount was deducted to pay INB Avenues India Private Limited immediately.
              However, after the transaction was completed, the Meesho order is not updated anywhere. On the Meesho order segment, there is no order updated. Thereafter, I called Meesho executive and talked to Ms. Swapna dated[protected], but she she did not accepted anything like this.
              She told me, she cannot register your complaint since there is no order registered on Meesho. I explained that I made payment on Meesho app, and something goes wrong, i am not responsible for this situation. You should return back the money.
              Unfortunately, no response to resolve this issue.
              Please help.

                Hello there

                I received wrong product worth Rs.950 from Meesho application on 6th April, I ordered lehenga frock of onion colour and received defective piece of clothes of colour black and green, when I told them that you delivered wrong product then they said that we are not delivered that product to you.
                I don't understand that how my data which I shared only with the Meesho application are shared to another person.There is the problem with Meesho application because they share our data to another person.

                Please help to refund my money.

                            I placed two orders and returned the product due to material quality. But I haven't received the refund amount. 1st order placed on 12th March 2021. On 20th March pickup has been completed. Order No.[protected]. Payment of Rs.620 is not received. Second Order placed on 19th March 2021. Returned on March 25th 2021. Refund of amount Rs.601 is not received. Order No.[protected].
                            Meesho is a really fraud app. They stop giving me margins and also didn't refund my money yet. Don't trust this app guys

                              We have ordered a product from meesho we had returned that product on 19 and after that they said that you will get you refund in 5 to 8 days but I didn't get the refund in 5 to 8 days.then I called them they said that you wait you will get your refund in some days but didn't get . yesterday I again called them they said you will get your refund on 5 April 2021 but they the refund didn't came .so please I I want my refund back I am waiting for refund from 17 days.i want my refund fast. Thank you

                                On 31st march i received a broken personalised photo frame but after repeatitively initiating return shadowfax courier not returning my product saying QC not approved.                                       Dear sir, yesterday i had received 1 toothpaste dispenser n toothbrush rack combo( Order #[protected] with INR 120 COD from Meesho via AWB courier partner. I found one parts of the dispenser was missing which forced me to exchange the product. The courier partner sent msg to my mobile to pick up the product. But the delivery boy without contacting me sent msg in my phone for cancellation of the pick up, therefore, harassing me. When contacted meesho customer care, they extended the date of exchange by 1st April 2021, hammering me more.
                                      Plse sir, take firm action against this online harassment and ptovide me justice.
