Complaint regarding Meesho Order

On[protected] i order 2 quantity of kurta & pant set from meesho for ₹1450 (₹725 each set ) which i was estimated to be deliver on[protected]. but i got early delivery as on[protected]. I opened the parcel and got to know that i recieved only 1 set of kurta & plazzo
( that's not even a pant which was mentioned on site )

Secondly, i return the same parcel as on[protected]. and got the message that I'll receive only...

    Hi,
    I am meesho customer since August 2020, unfortunately there was payment ₹320 was made three times for product and first one got refunded and 3rd was order placed but the 2nd amount ₹320 was not refunded till now.

    At the same time the 3rd payment made order also was delivered.

    Looking for a resolution here.

    My complaint was not yet resolved, how can you marked it is resolved.
    My amount is debited from my account but order is not placed.but there is no response

        Missing of product and delay in responding

        Respected sir/madam,

        I've ordered 2 ganesha idol& I paid 239/- for the same. but I'd received a small parcel on 17feb &the envelope saying it has 3 items in it. But when I opened it, I could see only 1 idol with 10 incense come. I got disappointed & placed return request on 18feb. They picked up the product & processed practical refund of 122/- so again I raised my concern to them on 19th Feb, they blindly again sent pickup...

        This is to inform you that I have requested for an exchange of size...for which I had called the Meesho customer care on Friday and updated my new address...On Friday itself the pick up boy ( Ecom Express ) went to my old address...he called me up and still didn’t turned up on my old address...3 consecutive days I’m calling the Meesho customer care that why the pick boy is going to my old address even after updating the new address...They just give me assurance but not solution is given till today...
        Today also another partner company named Shadowfax came for pick up but again he went to my old address...My old address and new address has a distance of just 20 min from a vehicle but still the same mistake is been repeated...
        Meesho customer care service is not helpful and most of the times disconnect the call...
        I have a order for pick on my changed address and again there is replacement of that...if pick up is taking so long then how long the replacement will take...

        Kindly look into it as it’s highly disappointing...

        Kindly expedite my order pick up by tomorrow...

          My account is suspended in order to escape from the refund

          Hi Team,

          My account at Meesho is suspended. My contact number is "+917981...23" but on the bill the contact number is wrongly printed as "[protected]". When I spoke to the Customer Executive they gave me the reason of information mismatch. This was not my fault because in the app I can see my number correctly. I dont know why my number is printed wrongly in the bill.

          I made few orders in Meeshowand I received...

          I have ordered few product from meesho, but received completely different pattern of the product (inaccurate website description).The products are damaged, design is different and has very bad smell.
          I am unable to raise return since my account is blocked by Meesho.I called customer care many times but they bluntly said they can't do anything.I even asked then what will I do with such damaged product, they did not have answer for this.I want my money back.

              Three parcels were ordered but only 2 are delivered and overrated. The amount to be paid was 820 and 680 for the two parcels but amount taken is 820and 1360.

                  I have ordered leggings combo, I received on 4th Jan 2021.And I returned on 8th January 2021,
                  because of size problem. And I mentioned that exchange leggings combo. But I didn't received any leggings combo it's worth about 1300 rs. Its order number is[protected].
                  Please Meesho help me. In my app it is showing that had been delivered on 13th January 2021.But I didn't received any leggings parcel from Meesho. Pls Meesho pls deliver my combo leggings as soon as possible. Or refund my money back.

                          For this order return request was given.. In meesho app it's shown xpress bess courier I'll collect return pick up.. But actually ecom express collected return on 6/1/2021 and send acknowledge msg for return.. Still j didn't get refund for this because meesho assigned xpress bess so there s no update regarding return so they quoted as return cancelled.. But ecom express collected return and I need refund for tat..

                            I am complaining against Meesho. I had placed an order of Grey Lehenga on 8.12.2020 for my friend and wrong product was delivered after payment. However, when I raised a complaint, the seller marked the product cancelled.
                            Since then, I have made repeated requests to Meesho help support, mailed to [protected]@meesho as well as call, along with invoice and image of wrong product delivered, but nothing has been resolved. The money is not being refunded and the wrong product is not picked up.

                              I ordered chudidhar but it comes a worst dirty saree and it's comes like returns not available.i had called Meesho customer care they said we'll activate with in 2 days like that but still they didn't activate
                              I have L size jacket . I need M size jacket . So I want to exchange the L size but in the mesho app it is saying that I can not exchange or return the product . Now how I return the product . Please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible

                                I ordered 2 sarees cost of 300 each.but only one saree was delivered and total amount was taken during delivery.i want my saree amount to be refunded.
                                I oderd yoke kurta gota patti with sharara and dupatta but they deliver any other kurti i cancled my order but they not refund my money they only file complain but they do not any action about my complain i want some strict action to meesho app and i want file online fraud case against meesho and close this app to online because they do online fraud
