The problem is their delivery partner does not call or deliver but I get messages that " Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you". I made complaint to meesho every time but problem didn't resolved.This happens all the time....

My order for a shoe size-10 showing mrp ₹254
(Only wrong/defect item returns option select discount off -₹10+online payment select discount) total discount -₹61
Product price (₹254-₹61 total discount)=₹193 final price ₹193 select debit card for online payment mode & already paid for my order then a alert received from bank ₹207 debited! How ₹14 price hike to ₹207? Within short moment report this issue with details screenshots by twitter & email id to meesho, within a short time i'm contacting meesho by twitter & meesho customer care number, meesho customer care executive can't provide me any information how prise increase or over charge prise_ this is a one type discount & final prise payment scam the compamy apply extra charge over and above the final prise_
Defencesive reply received from meesho but issue not solved by meesho_

My feet suitable for size 9 shoe but i'm always order size 10 shoe to avoid size fitting issues when buying from online stores my order from meesho.com order[protected] for a size 10 shoe but the meesho seller sent smaller size shoe it may be size 8 its not useble for me & cheap copy shoe false pasting insole allready lose/unfasten, its a totally wrong & defective shoe sent by the seller totally scam in the

In india from 2008 to 2023 never before any online shopping websites not adopt policy to give over powerful againsts consumer rights law compromised reject return & block refund_
Which is the government depertment or authority allowed meesho policy anti against consumer rights no value & give over powerful to reserved/protect only meesho policy block return/refund

Pick up arranged but not accepted, wre as worng product delivered !!! Only last order of Mr shankar has delivered rest all others marked delivered ( 24th Aug ) but not delivered i personally called n confirmed but no one has got the courier boys call this is very pathetic since then i am trying to contact customer care but no one is helping and disconnecting the call if this matter has not been taken into consideration ill file a complaint against it as all of them are harassing me i am very upset i sent it to all my brothers and if they will not get at time what is the use all scam is going on. Meesho is such a big platform but no one out there is ready to help with my parcel no one is helping to locate my parcel

this is completely scam and harassing customer if you will see my account i am regular customer but still kindly look into this as soon as possible..

I am seller on meesho and we understand sometime customer dont like the product or size etc reason they return it ..but in return either i get used product or wrong product or no info available for the return on messho panel..
2 used products has been received and 2 wrong returns and 02 are missing no update - i raised the issue but panel keep on saying wrong order id ( i dont know why bcz i am adding the correct one) some how they are not letting us update the issue and i tried reaching them also on mail wts app etc but no even a single call but they sent auto messang unable to reach.
due to all this i am getting big loss.
i want refund of all my wrong delivery and used product.

I have ordered a prepaid product worth ₹371.

It was marked as delivered on 15th aug but I have not received any product and I have not received any call/sms on that same also I have not shared any OTP with anyone and no one from my home received it on behalf of me.

I have raised the same issue with support team on 15th aug itself and was asked to wait for 7 day's for resolution but...

I have ordered a prepaid product with ₹371 and it was marked as delivered on 15th aug but I have not received any product.

Upon checking with meesho support team they asked me to wait for 7days to address this issue but when I checked with support team on the same they were saying to wait again for 7 day's.

This issue happened for 2nd time 1st time they took around 10days and after continuous following up they refunded the amount but now on 2ns occasion again same thing happened.

I hope someone from meesho platform is involved in some kind of fraud on prepaid orders and meesho is not taking care of it.

It is affecting the consumers and violation of consumer rights.

Kindly look in to this issue and order the appropriate compensation for the trouble i faced.

My order was delivered but not updated in the app because of which my return process is not processing. Now, they are refusing to return my order and refund my amount

I not receive my order and on app expected date was 17 August but till now I not receive my order

-I order 2 same items under order#[protected]

-Meesho charged me for 2 but delivered me 1 piece

-I returned that 1 item and requested for refund of both

-But Meesho refunded me for 1

-After calling their call center, they told they cannot pay because I called them after 7-day period

-In summary, Meesho is not willing to return my Rs.706

I had ordered a kurta set from meesho and I paid 709 rupees for the same online but money debited from my account but it is not showing on meesho app order list.
Kindly update it as soon as possible
