Meesho can delivered a product which i cannot ordered and and i also ordered another product when delivery boy is come and said it's both my order and i paid for both and after i returned order and picked up but refund is not arrived.

I placed an order from Meesho
[protected]_1, the product received is completely different.

I have raised return requests multiple times, all requests are getting cancelled. I have raised complaints also multiple times, no action has been taken against this.
Have called the Meesho helpline multiple times, no help is being provided.
They are stating from their side the product delivered is correct.

Kindly look into this matter, this is very horrible customer service.

That i am a seller name KT Styles on Meesho. On 16th Oct 2023, to my utter shock i saw that my payment of Rs. 5409.28 (Attachment is attached in photos) has been deducted as Ad cost without any intimation even when i didnt requested to start the Ads, the said amount was further increased to Rs. 9389.95. (Attachment is attached in photos), even after the request to stop the said service was made as it was without any permission.
To resolve this issue i contacted customer care but he did'nt resolved my issue and instead told me that the cost of Rs. 9389.95 will be deducted and neither my amount of Rs. 9389.95 will be refunded nor he will arrange my call or concern with his senior to be resolved.
That this is purely an intentional act by meesho, kindly help me to get the refund of Rs. 9389.95 as the Ads were not requested by me also no permission from my side was taken by meesho to start the Ads.

I have ordered 2 Different produces, first product is 2Pants and 2nd product is 2bags
1. bag delivered, i paid for 2bags, but when opened the packet, only one bag is their, the other one missing .so i returned the bag. the delivery person came and take the bag. they given refund for only one bag, but i paid for 2 bags.

2. ordered 2 pants . delivered 2two pants. but the quality was very bad so i retuned both . i got refund for one pant . i paid for 2pants . these people are cheating the customers. i wanted to file a compliant in customer form

I have ordered a product from meesho via seller mango clothing llp on 2nd oct', which got delivered on 9th oct'23 . A completely different product (yellow old kurti) was delivered and I immediately raised for a exchange and also raise the concern via the helpline number. Then yesterday i.e. 16th oct'23 I was again delivered an incorrect product (a smelly old pant) . Post delivering i immediately again shared the feedback and started calling the helpline customer service executives but almost each and every one left the call on hold or disconnect in the name of transferring the call to their senior. At the end of midnight I took support of the chat helpline and the executive "arshdeep Singh" informed that no money will be refunded and no return/exchange will also happen.

I'm highly dissatisfied with the service. In fact I emailed the customer service of meesho [protected]@meeshodesk.freshdesk.com but haven't received any response.

Delivery boy charged extra money for delivery

675rs. Is deducted from my account from meesho app to fashnear technologies pvt ltd. But there is no order showing in the app...how will i get money back..???...

1-Detective product return nehi leta he. 2- Order apne ap return ho jata he.
3- Complain karneke bad misbhave karte he.

It is regarding Meesho India

I have ordered for this id[protected] and garbage product delivered to me and now from last 7 days I followed up my complaint, but the executives are explaining me policy and other things which is not describe anywhere to get my refund back.

as this big Indian firm I never expected this kind of scam.

Please do needful for our Indian buiseness to grow not to do scams as I have never experienced this kind of behaviour from Amazon or flipcart.

We had ordered a Silk saree vide order number[protected] from Meesho App but unfortunately we received a much inferior quality saree, which we immediately wanted to return. But our return number AWB R[protected]FPL was rejected by company. We raised a proper complaint with the customer care vide Ticket no[protected] on 04.10.2023. But we have not received any further communication from their end.
They have supplied an inferior quality saree against our prepaid order and now they are not taking the return as also not refunding our money.

I ordered pack of 50 N95 Mask but i received only 25 pieces..i return my order but the courier person cannot take the package return because of the count mismatch of product, need to speak customer care executive for this, but i cannot find property customer care number in official website very worst customer service and product quality also. showing on the website is different but delivering a product is different. This is my 2nd time experiencing...

I have ordered solar lights worth 6800 in 3 orders and received completely different product which were cheap plastic balls . I tried calling meesho customer care for return but they are saying that they can’t do anything for this . I want to return this product and get my refund asap . I have the photo and video of opeing the package which i am uppoading here

I have placed order of 10 packs of solar lights worth 6800 and received completely different three cheap plastic balls . They have sent the different product and not the one shown in the picture . They are making fool out of people . I have also tried returning the product but it is not getting returned as the delivery boy is saying he will pickup the order when the order will match the picture but how can i show the thing which I haven’t received .I called meesho customer care a number of times but they are like they can’t do anything to resolve this . I also have the photos and video of the package while being opened . I will attach them as well . This is the second time meesho did this to me but this time the loss is very high .

I have ordered 2 memory card on 22 sep 2023 and I have received my package at 27 sep 2023 after checking the package I saw that I have got 1 Memory card instead of 2 after that I have returned it and still on same the the package was collected for return on 29 sep 2023 from that day to today day 06 Oct 2023 I didn't receive refund of product yet.
Please do immediately action on this and contact on mail [protected]@gmail.com regarding this.

Actually i have ordered a new dress in meesho on Aug 27 with Order ID[protected] but received wrong/torn cloth pieces . Immediately raised return request but till now it is not processed by meesho, thy were rejecting with different reason. Kindly help me in solving this issue.

On 27 august 2023 I received an order from meesho which I haven't placed. But when I refused to receive it delivery person told me to receive such product as there was no phone number mentioned in the order so he was not able to return it. And that's why I have to pay an amount of ₹699 to him at that time. And next moment I called messho customer service regarding my issue. They provided me a ticket no. Regarding my complaint. I waited till 72 hrs as they mentioned in their mail. But no further action was taken by them. Then again and again till one month I called them they sended same mail. But no pickup and no refund was initiated till now.

I have ordered 2 bedsheet vide order id[protected] another 4 bedsheets vide order id[protected]. Meesho clubs orders from the same supplier and parcels are delivered in 1 packet only. In order[protected] bedsheet was missing and under order id order id[protected] bedsheets were missing I raised return request but Meesho is not refunding for the missing products.

I have purchased a product from meesho and i wanted to return it because of quality issues so they dont pick up the order and also when i call the customer service they talk to me in such a very bad way laughing giggle repeating the same thing not resolving my problem i am calling them since 23 sept and then today on 27 sept they on their own cancelled my return request and when i called them they treat me like what the hell they where talk to

Ordered a dress online from meesho ( online shopping platform) for a person aged 28 years and they pranked by delivering a dress of a little kid.
When i requested a return and refund... Their customer support is also worst.. They didn't helped me they didn't listened rather they everytime end call half way... And they give new new excuses daily and delayed pickup everytime... This is not the matter of money But the matter of trust that they (meesho) broke. Please help me by resolving the matter. I will never ever buy from there again.
