Without any notice or pre announcement how can they block my app i am facing loss seriously it's cheat

For this order return request was given.. In meesho app it's shown xpress bess courier I'll collect return pick up.. But actually ecom express collected return on 6/1/2021 and send acknowledge msg for return.. Still j didn't get refund for this because meesho assigned xpress bess so there s no update regarding return so they quoted as return cancelled.. But ecom express collected return and I need refund for tat..

I am complaining against Meesho. I had placed an order of Grey Lehenga on 8.12.2020 for my friend and wrong product was delivered after payment. However, when I raised a complaint, the seller marked the product cancelled.
Since then, I have made repeated requests to Meesho help support, mailed to [protected]@meesho as well as call, along with invoice and image of wrong product delivered, but nothing has been resolved. The money is not being refunded and the wrong product is not picked up.

I ordered chudidhar but it comes a worst dirty saree and it's comes like returns not available.i had called Meesho customer care they said we'll activate with in 2 days like that but still they didn't activate

I ordered 2 sarees cost of 300 each.but only one saree was delivered and total amount was taken during delivery.i want my saree amount to be refunded.

I ordered 2 items(bed sheet combo)on 27/11/[protected]@7.10pm. And i paid money via google pay in online payment. Payment debited from my account for 2 items. But first order is missing in order details page. Second order only showed in that page. My debi reference no is[protected].

Hello I have returned 3 products but still I don't get my refund back

I have ordered a product in meesho website for which an amount of Rs123 has been debited whereas the order is being placed as cash on delivery. I got a message stating that the amount will be credited to my account within 2 days since the money being debited but it wasn't accounted as online payment. Since then I was waiting for the money to be credited but it wasn't done, therefore am lodging this complaint. Here is the message I received while the money being debited.(Rs.123.00 spent on POS/Ecom using IB Debit card on 25/10/20 02:16 at RAZORPAY SOTFWARE PVT BANGALO from Ac:XXX878879. Bal:21.12 CR). Meesho - Return pickup

I am a reseller. I have booked a Trendy whisk from Meesho which was delivered to my customer on 26th September. On same day i placed a return pick up, because of missing product delivery. No one has come to pick up, but the pick up was rejected by shadowfax courier company saying QC failure, which i had no idea. Since 26th September till date I m emailing and calling Meesho customer care regarding status...

Requesting for justification to refund
my money and give me the packing work. Immediate reply please.

I have order a product from meesho for my sister on 29 september 2020. Now, after delaying for so long time I have asked them to cancel the order multiple times. But, neither they are cancelling the order nor they are removing the product from order section.

They don't have any idea on how to resolve an issue and they have not done anything yet. After multiple complaints they just saying, when the order arrive deny to take the order then it will considered as cancelled. It seems like a scam in which if you stuck, you are there for eternity.

Please don't buy anything from here and don't dare to prepaid the order else your money might get refund. Beware of these fraudulent practices.

Ordered 3 silks saree but received only 1 with different material net saree. From September 17th followed up for resolution but no solution and getting reply saying delivered all 3 sarees.
Paid 1553 rupees for 3 saree and got only 1 saree amount .Remaining 1022 is pending. Please help me to get my amount back.

I'm in a trouble without informing me the company has locked my account and taken all the returns and product which I have taken prepaid and not refunded me the amt of 3300/ back to me so many times I called them but two mnths gone they have not given me the money back. Fraud site they don't help me. Im meesho reseller from last 3 years now they said they will block my account in 48 hours. They also not supporting on phone. If they will block my account i got too much loss of 5-6 thousands.. That's means they will fraud my money. I have ordered a saree of customer mr. Sarvesh order 31303969meesho send wrong product to my customer. I didn't get any support from meesho. You send me email that you will block me in 48 hours. How could you block me without knowing the actual reason. Please call back me meesho. I wanna talk to you. Was already replied to your email... There was no rply from your team.. Please see above there... I was also talked with customer care. They told that they will rply soon but there is no rply from them. My customers mr. Sarvesh my customers were asking me for 690 sarees in exchange for 650 sarees. This is wrong. I attached both saree pic... Please check it. When i refused to give up, she started harassing me again and again. That's why i blocked her. I explained them to her on the call but she did not agree. I apologize that i did it but they forced me to do it. After receiving your email, i have messaged her to give account number. But she is saying that she will give me an account number when i talk to her

Hi. I've ordered a black Saree for my customer in Meesho. They are not satisfied with the quality of that Saree. So customer wants to return. I've raised a return request for that Saree which is handled by Ecom express. Return request is approved. It is still not picked up. Please pick up the order as soon as possible because they are leaving the city within 2 days. We couldn't contact you through call also. If contacting through call you're not responding clearly. Very upset. Please help us. Please pick up the return soon. Or please send the delivery boy number.
