Prepaid on 1-july-2022. Till now not delivered item. So many times called to support but no resolution not taking any action. Both delivery courier partner and Meesho cheating customers keep hold money. Products not delivering.

Meesho.com looting customer money. They are not delivering and not refunding money. From 23 days waiting and somany times called Meesho but all times same answer we are delivering today. Fraud site looted my money.

    I had placed return order 2 weeks back and still no one has picked up my order. I had called the service centre many times and every time they said that they will come tomorrow to pick up the order . When I called today the service center personnel said that we can't pickup your order because of my location, I am living in an urban area still they denied to pick up my order, even though I had placed a return request. Now meesho is forcing me to currier the product to Delhi. I am living 2380kms away from Delhi... How am I supposed to currier it? It will cost double the amount of the product I am returning to currier it from here.
    So DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FRAUD APP MEESHO.. NEVER GOING TO ORDER AGAIN FROM MEESHO.. BETTER SHUTDOWN YOUR APP.. USELESS FRAUD APP.

      I have purchased 2 sets of glass containers (6 piece each) from Meesho for Rs 942. I only received one product. Returned the product and only 471 rs is refunded.

        I was received my product on 28/06/2022, i find its defected/broken, on this day i rise a request for return, company send biker pickupboy 5 times but and they refused to pickup the product for heavy weight, and they canceled the return request, after 7 days meesho say that 'we can't return your product, because we have 7 days return policy and you over your time period', but its not my fault, they can't pickup my product. On this day 20/07/2022, they can;t pickup my product.
        I request for return my product and take action.

          I am very upset with meesho's facilities since this afternoon.
          1. because I canceled an order 10 days ago but I have not received the refund at all.
          2. And the second is that I have ordered a product and although I still haven't received it, I can see on the meesho app that the order has been delivered.

            I was a worst experience with meesho and they demotivate me as a seller.
            1) they give random delivery partner and i complaint more than 20 times but they doesn't resolve my issue, their executive reply without reading our concern and they did no call me back.
            2) my every xpressbess products never get delivered to my customer, i get 100 perc rto without opening. and intresting fact that i didn't get my rto products and they delivered without otp to another firm.
            3) wrong gst bill also, in Andhrapradesh wrong rto cost give.
            4) wrong ad cost, i paid last month all ad cost and my all ad cost clear but by their mistake their ad cost as positive and all sell amount as negative and they took wrong ad cost with adding gst on that and intresting that they give 503 ad cost to me as i explain positive sign but they took my sell cost -1900₹ to me and i got next day mail that we wrongly give you 503₹ so we took back as 805₹ extra with gst.
            5) support issue, i msg to them more than 40-50 times but they repeat same ans without reading my concern.
            6) i put my all products stock out and they put order and cancel take charges on that.

              My friend did a order of curtain 3 sets quantity 9 from his Meesho account for me to deliver to my address, but when the order reached and after we opened there was only one completely different curtain. Then, we requested return and refund from my friend’s account. Our request also approved but no refund till now.. Please help !!! We lost our Rs 2199

                I had Ordered a product from Meesho on 5th July 2022, on 13th july 2022 the status of the delivery is shown as delivered, later on 14th July i contacted meesho help center and raised a complaint saying i haven't received any package, they have responded saying the package has been delivered with OTP service and will be considered a successful delivery. whereas i haven't received any package.

                I also tried contacting the delivery partner of Meesho i.e Xpressbees, and have not received any response from them.

                  Hi,

                  It's been more than 50 days that I have raised a request for exchange of a product that i have purchased from Meesho. They have pickup immediately within 1 day of request but the exchange product is still delivered even after 50 days not refunded my amount not delivered.

                  I have been writing multiple emails and calling the support but they keep saying that they will resolve within 4-5 working days but that 4-5 working days has never been completed even after 50 days.

                    Loreal Xtenso Care Duplicate Product

The supplier was Zara Store and have got the product details checked with the Loreal Team. The Loreal team has confirmed the products are duplicate.                     I've ordered an brush from your application on 5th of June and I did not like the product much so i asked for taking it back and the product had been taken away and i was asked to wait few days for the money to get credited in my bank account. It has been really long seen my product has left still I haven't received my money back. Please look up to it and resolve my problem.

                        I have order M size white shirt from meesho and I am received shirt, shirt quality is good but unfortunately that shirt is huge tight then i raised exchange order but I am not received any response from meesho 8 days.

                        After that I have call to customer care desk and as per her suggestion I am cancel exchange order and reinitiate return order but then I am received response from meesho your return request...

                        I have ordered an item in meesho online app on 23.06.2022.In app that was showing expected delivered by 02.07.2022. Mostly it is 15 days over for placed my order.Still i have not received my item yet.I called to meesho team number of times.they just took a complaint regarding delay. I have paid an amount od Rs.476 through online mode.order no.Sub Order ID[protected]_1.

                            My product delivered on 21st June 2022 but the status not updated on meesho i tried by raising complaint and calling to customer care no use of it
                            The issue not getting resolved and I want to return my product since they have delivered wrong size
                            after filing the complaint in consumer forum still issue not resolved can some one help me to prioritise the issue

                                  Order was placed on 9th of june, 2022
                                  Order ID:[protected]_1 (Trendy Net window curtains)
                                  supplier: Rajat Texo fab
                                  Quantity: 2
                                  delivered on 13th of june 2022

                                  I made the calls for refund request on 15th of june

                                  There was an order placed for curtains with a quantity of 2.
                                  While placing a request for a return of the product, there was by default quantity selected as 1, and I as a user did not select any quantity.
                                  When the return pick-up came, the complete order of 2 quantities was handed back to the pickup boy and they also accepted it.

                                  After the return it takes usually5-7 working days for refund and so when I checked after 4/5 days if refund has been processed or not, it showed that only half the amount is processed. which was 339/- while total amount for order was 678/-.
                                  While raising the same concern to customer care, they kept the call on hold for multiple times and following that the call was cut.
                                  I had to reach out to customer care multiple times and explain the issue again and again to every other customer care that would pick up my call. this was harrassing as they were not able to provide me any solution and as well kept calls on hold when asked to escalate to senior and then eventually cutting the call.

                                  Resolution: I would request the refund of remaining amount 339/-
