I have not yet received my refund money since 3 months. When I followed up they say it is already refunded. But, no refund money reflected in my bank account. I sent bank statement. But, not yet received my money back.

Meesho if you cannot handle this simplest issue and if you cannot give this task to some logical person then just say so.

Your team has called me 10 times with each time some new person calling. I have to explain them every time the same issue.

2 minutes ago a lady called up and she is not ready to listen to the problem which I am repeating 100th time for her as she is again new to the issue, she just kept on speaking and using same line again and again as used by others. All she is saying that she is not liable to the issue or refund that is not initiated cause its not her problem. Deal with it. She has to send the email. Even she hung up the call after I asked her the delay issue.

The day before yesterday the boy was asking bank details on call and as well as on email. Seriously is meesho into illegal things.

I have placed order at Meesho for 3 dresses on 8th March, 2022 and paid online using my credit card Rs 5609/-, and I recieved the package of only one dress which was completely different from what I ordered so I returned that dress and I got refund of Rs 2077/- of only for 1 dress and did not receive the refund for other 2 dresses which is Rs 3532/-, when I approached the customer service for the same they informed me that according to them the order status is showing delivered and they will not process the refund, according to them the weight of the package which was delivered was 1.8 kg which had only 1 dress insted of 3 dresses and the same 1.8 kg dress package I returned, this was a total fraud with me. Attached herewith the pictures of the dress recieved and the pictures of the dresses ordered and the package received. Please help me to get the refund of my hard earn money, I am a teacher and I have ordered these dresses for my daughters on the occasion of Ramadan festival. Please help me to get my refund so that I can buy the same from somewhere else. Given below the order details.

I raised the return request from Meesho app. On 5th March 22.i got the message from shadow fax that my order will be picked up. R[protected]FPL is my order no for return pickup. The items were picked up from my place on the same day 5th March 22at 7.40pm. There is recorded entry on my gate security app of my society. I got the entry of delivery guy named Sandip. Ph no. [protected] is the no of that guy. But the Meesho is saying that delivery guy rejected the items and I am not getting my refund. Please look into the matter at earliest.

I ordered set of Palazzo pants. The amount ₹352 was debited from gpay by Fashnear technology pvt ltd but the order is not placed. Please resolve this issue..

Delivery guy do not wish to deliver Item

I ordered 3 sarees in Meesho app amounting Rs 923 on 6th Feb, 2022.The amount got debited from my bank account but order not placed in the Meesho app. Refund of the same amount didn't happen as well.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

My package was supposed to be deliver today. While I was out they delivered and updated the status that the item has been delivered. But when I came back there was no package. I already paid online and I don't even have the package . Also customer care services is very bad. They should reply within minutes but it's been hours they have not call back.
I want my money back from MEESHO

I received wrong and defective product, when I requested return, they again sent me the defective product.

Now, when again initiated return, the picker is asking to give red colored product.. where already I mentioned that I have got blue bottles instead of red which I ordered.

Are you going to take my complain seriously or I need to escalate still more?

Order #[protected]...this is my order number. I ordered mobile cover from meesho but when i received the product, it was in bad shape and poor quality and little different from the product picture. So i placed return request and when there was no response, i opened the app to see what's wrong. They cancelled my return, i thought that's okay and i reinitiated the return on 10 march 2022, still there is no response. I tried to contact them through help centre which shows a message that "we will call you back in 155 mins 364 mins, etc", but they never called. Today is 27 march 2022 and still they are not responding and cancelled my return request again. Now they are not allowing me to reinitiate return. I got cheated and trapped by their fraud offers. This is a total scam MEESHO IS A SCAM, nothing more. Please resolve my issue fast and take strict action against this fraud company. Every person earn money with their mental and physical strength, time and a lot of hardwork. And these fraud startup scams are robbing them. This is how you gonna earn money FRAUD MEESHO. This is so unethical.

I returned purchased product before one month. But I didn't received refund yet. I raised complaints to customer care of meesho they are not helping and telling the same reply. Not able to contact any other higher officials.

I Oder one chopper from Meesho and amount is 176 rs but chopper is not working so I decided to return.after some days one delivery boy come and asking for return item then I ask to boy from which company flipkart or Meesho because I have one exchange from flipkart also. Then delivery boy said flipkart so I gave the item which I Oder from flipkart and amount is 800 rs and after complaint to Meesho they said we can't help at this time because item is left .and said we initiated refund of 176 rs whereas chopper is still have ... so how they refund for chopper?? Fraud company. Easily make fool to customers

Horrible customer experience from Meesho. It’s the first time I have placed an order I received the product but the delivery agent has incorrectly processed the status so I am unable to return the product.

Even though it’s not my fault Tried reaching shadowfax courier but no response.

Reached Meesho customer care, got a horrible reply asking me to be careful next time. Seriously??

Finally complaint number was registered by Meesho and now after 7 days of delivery they are still asking me for a proper print of invoice.
The print on the delivery packing is so horrible that one can’t read the number.
They are asking me now to provide proper invoice slip.

I have shopped in many websites but this is the horrible site one shouldn’t purchase.

I have return my order no[protected] on[protected]. Still I have no received my refund for that order in my account. If you don't refund the amount with in 2 working days I may go for consumer court.

Sir ordered Ear wax removal kit (order id #[protected] on 13 march 2022 but today i received hair straightener in packet, I call help line of Meesho company they said this item is not returnable/exchangeable and said sorry for this, they do not help about this. different item is received than why not exchangeable/returnable. sir please do needful. i attached photographs of delivered item.

COD charged Rs. 318 for 2 orders, but product received only one against order no.[protected].

Packet shows This Order has 2 items, but inside the packet contains only one packet of Indigo Powder 100gm

I have order (#[protected] a product of Qty : 3 in Meesho on[protected] but received only 1 Qty on[protected] after making a payment of Rs.1647/- (3 Qty) as a COD order.
I have raised a complaint regarding the same i.e for the missing quantity.
As discussed with the customer care and confirmed a refund of Amount 1098 for the 2 missing quantity. But they have processed only Rs.549/- and the remaining Rs.549/- are not being processed even after so many calls to the customer care.

Also, the customer care executive advised the refund is based on weight report (which I don't understand) and claiming that there is only one qty is missing.

I would like to have the refund of Rs.549/- which is remaining.

Didnt received product yet. Trying help centre for 8-10 times but still didnt received any call back... Unable to contact courier company Xpressbee as well...

I have referred many people.. and placed the ordered.. whenever my referred person places order from his/her number... means 1st 3orders.. and if in case in that 3orders.. by chance any order gets cancelled or exchanged or returned.. it shows me that whole referral is denied and I m not getting money of atleast 1st order... I m really fed up with ur app.. I really feel bad.. because I m a person who always orders and do business from ur app.. please check with it... I didn't get a proper answer from ur customer service team.. please do check with it
