I called the customer care number regarding a refund... He took all my bank account details and took all the money in the account... He committed a fraud.. I need strict actions along with the money...

They delivered wrong product of my customer, cost of 900. Rs. but when i call to customer care it always says wait 4 to 5 working days today is one month complete but they didn't return product I fill my customer loss 900 Rs. they are fraud its fraud company. don't do work with this company.

I have bought one product with order id as [protected] associated with phone number [protected] on Nov 28th 2021.

As I was not satisfied with the quality of product, I decided to return the pracel on the same day and initiated return on same date.

After return Inititation, an AWB generated and got message on my number saying the agent will pick up the product with some agent number.

I ordered and item 15 Nov 2021, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 22 Nov 2021, 23 Nov 2021 on words i call ecom customer care number for my delivery every time the executive was committed that the product will delivery within 24 hrs.

I have ordered a kurthi in meesho it was delivered in[protected] @1.30pm kurthi is damaged and its torned I made a return request on[protected] @ 1.40pm itself but till now they didn't pickup my product it takes already a month I have called the customer executive morethan 20 times but no response at all they are not taking any action I don't know what to do....

I have requested a return on my product. But it is getting cancelled all' the time.. Again i reintiate the return but by 2, 3 days it is getting cancelled again and again. I have reported it to many times on the customer care..And they told within 3, 4days it will be solved.. yet not solved ..
