I had ordered 9 pairs of Mojaris from your respected Meesho online Shopping application on dated 20.12.2021 from brand called named 'Versatile Women Juties and Mojaris' with size 4 - 2 pairs, size 5 - 3 pairs, size 6 - 2 pairs, size 8 - 1 pair and size 7 - 1 pairs, total 9 pairs through cash of delivery. The per amount (price) of product/mojari is of Rs. 255/-. The total amount of products are of Rs. 2295/- (Rs. 255 X 9 = 2295).
The 9 products/ Mojaris was delivered in on cartoon package on dated 28.12.2021 and I proceed/paid the payment through goggle pay. But due to wrong sizing, I requested for refund and all the 9 products/ Mojaris packed in one package was picked up successfully by the agent on dated 29.12.2021.
Hence, I have checked on my Meesho account details it shows that only Rs. 510/- payment has been process to transfer on my account. Whereas, I paid total amount of Rs. 2295/- and Rs. 1785/- is not added in my account.
I have called many times on Meesho customer helpline but the costumer support agent clearly stated that I will not get the refund of Rs. 1785 /-.
Therefore, kindly see the matter as soon as possible and refund my remaining amount.
