I ordered an Abaya Combo Pack (2 items) from Meesho.com and paid ₹908. However, I received only ONE item instead of two. The other product was missing.
I contacted Meesho customer support multiple times, but they refused to refund the money or send the missing product. They closed my complaint without resolving anything.
I also tried raising a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (Docket #7538162), but that was wrongly marked as a duplicate and disposed.
I request immediate action to either refund the amount or send the correct product.
