I am seller in meesho platform as UD SHOPPERS and sells in automobiles category mainly. Through this mail, I want to let you know that I am very unhappy with seller support team. From the past few months, they are rejecting my claim request and not releasing the compensation that had already been approved. Now whenever I received damaged or wrong product, they are not approving my claim request, saying that my claim request...

I placed an order on 22/07/22 order id :[protected]_1
It was prepaid order product was deliver on 1/08/22 due to I was not available I refuse to accept the product same date product returned to the supplier. Now it's one month completed but amount is not refunded.

meesho customer care number and email support is shut down. they are giving call back option on app, I clicked for call back option 500 times in a month...

I booked hair clips from meesho.com on 14.04.2022 vide order id[protected]_1, against which the company sent black color T- shirt which got delivered on 25.04.2022. Since then I am following up with the company's customer service for refund or exchange, but to no avail. Everytime they promise for another 3-4 days time but no action taken place till date.
It seems company is in it's arrogance and not having any fear of law. There...

I ordered dress from meesho n paid amount 415 . It was prepaid order . Im in bangalore i ordered that dress for my friend as birthday gift who is staying in gabbur Raichur disrict. I received order notifications and courier calls from Meesho, But I never ordered any products from Meesho. This is really irritating me. I already called the customer care of Meesho, they said "We don't have the required data in our database to fix your issue" - I wonder then how the order history is maintained in their system?

Kindly solve my issue....
