I have ordered "Coruscating Cabin Trolley Combo", "Model number - LE3208CB" on 12th December.
The order shows last status of 23rd December as "Consignment In Transit".
Their delivery Q&A section mentions 5-7 working days.
We tried to contact them in multiple ways,
1. First we tried to send them emails, we tried persistently sending them emails for several times, we didn't received any response from them.
2. Then we tried to send our order details to their chatbot, but we didn't receive any response there as well.
3. We tried to contact them via "Contact Us" section via an enquiry with all details and there also we didn't get any response. https://www.mefashionista.com/index.php?route=information/contact
4. There is no complaint section on their website
5. There is no "Cancel Order" option on their website.
Basically we are stuck and lost around 2500 Rs on this website and no one from this website is responding to us.

my order id is #36848 order date is 09/12/2018. but at the 22dec. they will reply on chat "that my order is comes at regional unit" but after 22dec. they did not reply for any query.
