Be alert and don't invest anything with this company, product is pathetic and md is cheater, he wont give your money back and will not respond to your calls or message. One of the fraud company in india.
The owner name is "satish dixit" and his mobile number is "[protected]". He has taken security amount from me and since september 2016 he has not returned the money. Also he doesn't pay salary to his sales staff which he appoint for different city.

He has no fear of law and order and abuse openly and say do whatever you want to do.
I have full proof of the payment and agreement still he deny to pay the security money.

I know this company since starting. I was appreciating at that time that they have launched INSTANT POPCORN as a first Indian Company. Product and project is very good and have the potential of good growth in Indian market.

FMCG sector is ever growing these days so in these circumstances I think there is good future of this company.
I wish for the better future for this company and brand and its Managing Director to fulfill his dreams.
Worked this company for more than 5 years at launching face. I remember when my team was appointing distributors for POPKO in UP. Peoples were taking hatho haath by saying that this is first company who is breaking monopoly of MNC brand.

We were doing monthly meeting in Hotel Ambar Lucknow and Maiden Regency Ghaziabad on monthly basis and there was very good big team at that time.

This is good product for Indian market.

We are working with this company since last 4 years and we had started from 6 lac and inshah allah doing good business these days of around 16-17 lac per month. Popcorn is one of thebest products and also their Boondi has very good sales in the market. The packing of boondi is first class. Retailer accept the products happily.

Company is focusing on retails that’s why in addition to the other products Popcorn and Boondi is moving fast. Ring Puff Pasta also the good products.

At that time we had seen the presentation of this company in Modern trade than we had taken the business but we are happy to work.

On deewali we are also selling good Soan papdi every year. Soan Papdi has good quality and packing and acceptance in the market.

Company also offering Bag Scheme and coupan scheme in the market to increase the sales and results are coming.

We wish for best growth of the company.

In 2016 the ASM of this company had met with us and shown his folder and samples and all policy was discussed with us. However we are working in Pharma but looking to the growth of FMCG our interest was there to switch in FMCG because some of our friends are working in this trade and doing good business.

However 10-15 din tak baat chalti rahi but his ASM was good and ultimately we had taken the SS ship of the company from Zero sales in our area. We will appreciate the working ASM also alongwith the policies of the company that he had worked hard in the filed and stand our sales and now we are working good sales.

We felt good because it is better sagement than Pharma. Growth is multiplying here. We have learnt that this is direct saling where as in Pharma it is indirect selling because without docot prescripteion nothing can be sold in Pharma but this is not there in FMCG.

This is good sagement. We wish for the best to Melar Company and its management and team.

Dear readers,

We are new in the business and just started. One day I read the feedback about the company and thought I should also write some thing for the same. Pata nahi kya likhu because just left the job and started my own business.

Sales are low because new area is given by the company and kharcha bhi nahi nikal paa raha hai. Funds area less with me that’s why I am unable to increase the company. Since last 5 months I am doing only this company.

However it is true that sales are increasing month after month and company is supporting us as they said at the time of my appointment. Sale Officer is young but good boy. Working hard in the market.

Vo khud hi order lagata hai apni company ko sayad isiliye thoda maal atak gaya hai, because we don’t know what will be sale in the market and what is not selling. But company has assured us that whatever unsold items are there in your godown they will exchange the same.

Abhi sab kuch theek hai. Dua karunga ki sab aagey bhi theek rahe…

I am attached with the company since so many years as a vendor and supplying the material from starting. At initial stage several problems were faced because this was very new products only one competitor was there and it was not a common product. Due to oil and salt inside the pouch there was some leakage and batch omitting problems for which we had taken so much pain to remove the problem but I am happy that after a long exercise we could do this.

After first supply this problem never came in the company. Since starting I am supplying the material and satisfied with them. There were some difficulties in 2016 when Notebandi was initiated by the government but that was also the short face and we supported to the company to cameout with the situation.

Dixit sir are now the goods friends of mine and I always respect him. During these 10 years I have also grown a lot and aap ki dua se apna bhi ab achha kaam hai, sab theek chal raha. Rab ki Dua hai bas.

This is food sector and lot of company comes every year and shutdown in a very short span of time. The greatness of this company or we can say strength is “HIS EXISTENCE” in the market for a long time. In one day nobody can make the Red Fort, it takes time.

Since last 2-3 years there is slump in the market and the growth of the business has been very much difficult and several company of other trade also have been shut down. I remember what my father said to me at the time of starting the business that beta.. wait for minimum of 3 years to establish your trading business and in the manufacturing it is slightly longer. You can win the race by adopting the slow and study policy only.

FMCG sector is every growing sector and in such difficult situation it is still growing whereas lot of sector are d-growing. We have therefore choosen to do the business in FMCG only. However lot of my friends also in Pharma and other business but I am happy in FMCG. I know lot of other peoples of other trading are shifting themselves in to this trade looking to its growth these days.

POPKO is also a growing company and future is good with them.

My name is Sangeet Srivastava and working as CSA of the company since last 3 years. I had seen this company in Trade Fair and that time met with the manager of the company and invited him to visit my business place to start the business.

I remember the stall in Hall No. 18, there was very big and busy stall of the company just adjoining with Goldi Masala and lot of big companies were available in the Hall. Peoples were saying that POPKO has done very high growth within the few years and today standing with the big brands of FMCG. I was also inspired from the product with the peoples so invited the manager to start business.

After 2-3 month, manager visited us and completed all formalities and started business, initially it has taken time but slowly slowly market has been established. Modern trade has given boostup to us to stand the business of company. We are alos working some other food companies and know the market well how to establish and guided to the field staff to move slowly so that expiry may be avoided.

This is food sector and high risk is expiry of the products if we dump in the market than 100% stocks will be return back by our customers in the shape of expiries, so we had avoided the dumping.
These doing good business of the company.

We had taken the agency of this company in 2016, actually one of my common friend had joined this company as ASM and he offered me to work, as SS of this company. However we were not in position to expend the business because last year we have taken new flat on cash and just 2 month back, there was a marriage of my elder son Vivek, but the said asm has visited several time and ultimately he came with my common friend so ultimately we had taken agency in 2016.

Product is good, the usp of this company is Instant Popcorn 15 flavour and were doing good business in modern trade since 4-5 years. We had also seen the products in our city at Big Bazar and Vishal so we were already aware with the brand. But generally we don’t take new company because at starting level lot of problems comes in the market until company is establish in the market, but because asm was known to us and had the family relation with us so he had worked good, I don’t say that he was working for us, it is true that he was taking salary expenses from his company and was working for his company but he has never given any problem or pain in the business even it was a new in the market.

Slowly slowly business had grown, because we had made the commitment with the asm that he should not leave the company atleast 2-3 years and that gentleman had fulfilled his commitment also and left the job after completing 2.5 years. He had established the sales in our area and we know company had also supported him by giving good schemes and support and manpower.
All the schemes, offers were received on primary only. And even expiry claims are settled on month after month basis. We will appreciate this action of the company always that they had not hold even one paise any time. Immediately on getting RTGS they always supplied our order on priority. I don’t remember that my stocks was delayed even 1-2 days.

We are also now attached with the company emotionally and doing satisfactory business with the company and it is their goodness they don’t pressurize us to dump the stocks in our godown. Dixit Saheb always direct to us to take only required stocks to avoid expiries. We are very much thankful to him because whenever we meet him, they always respect us a lot. We feel very happy after meeting with them.

Dekho sahib ye fmcg business hi kuch aisa hai. Expiry hamesha short rahti hain becoz self life hi kam hoti hai items ki. Bahut see company expiry ka load nahi le paati starting mai and bechari paisa ghatakar band ho jaati hai.

Mai khud sales mai tha 12-15 saal tak, and bahut companion ko aate jaate dekha. Kayee baar company ki policy theek nahi hoti but kayee baar sales staff ki galti se bhi company ka bhatta baith jata hai. Hamne to jab tak nokri kari puri shiddat se kari bhai, kabhi company ko ya apne boss ko kahne ka mauka diya.

Mujhe achhi tarah yaad hai ki janvary ke month me bhi hm kadkadati shardi mai subah 5 baje bas pakad liya karte they, but aaj kal ke ladkey subah 10 baje sokar uthtye hain, kyoki vo raat per phone per lage rahte hain subah uth nahi paate phir 100 bahane banaate hain boss ko. Kaam nahi ho paata market mai to result nahi aata to nokri lambi nahi chaltii.. Ye aaj kal bahut ho raha hai, new generation ko sab kuch turant chahiye hota hai, bada mobile, achchi byke, shaadi se pahle apna khud ka ghar but mahnat koi karna nahi chahta jee…

Khair hm to job mai bhi bahut khush they and aaj chota sa business hai but khush hain jee. Popko se hi kaam suru kiya tha, kayee saal ho gaye but hamko bhi bahut jyada bhag daud karne ki jarurat nahi hai, 2 bachche hain vo bhi ab nokri karne lage hain and hm 2 miya bb hain hamko kitna paisa chahiye. Apna khud ka ghar hai jee, vo to maine nokri m hi bana liya tha jab kharche kam hote thay and bachche chote the jee. Bus gujara ho jaata hai. Bhagwan ka ashirwad hai and mata rani ki kripa hai sab theek chal raha hai…

In 2014 when we started the business of Melar Agro Food Pvt Ltd, than sales were zero and this was the first time when this company launched the products in our state. However they were saying that their supplies were started in BIG BAZAR, VISHAL in our state in 2011.

My son Vikram was so much happy with the product range of this company as there is no such competiton in instant popcorn category and we think their verson of saying first indian company in instant popcorn seems truth because we had also searched from our level and other than Act-II no other brand were found.

However we are also in similar trade of fmcg from last 24 years and working entire state in all city and having our own good network in the state. The purpose of this company was also to use our network that’s why they had compromised on investment part. They had taken only 2 lac at initial stage and said that as and when your sales are increased you may increase the investment.

The big problems in food company is for settling expiry demages, because most of the company avoid settling the claims and the relation between company and super stockists always breaks on this point only. We have faced this problems with so many companies in our state. One juice company had given very much loss in setteling demage and leakage expired products. Ultimately after having loss we had to left the business of that company and they had bindup from our state.

However our experience with Melar is good by the grace of god, they never given any trouble to us and sales are increased month after month. And one more positive point was they had not changed the sales staff.

Most of the sales staff is working from last 3-4 years that’s why company is growing in our area. However we do small area because we don’t want to expend in big areas, but we are happy with POPKO.

This company is fraudster and they are never going to return your money.
DONT INVEST AT ALL IN THEIR COMPANY OR YOU WILL CHASE FOR YOUR MONEY.
It is not good to make such statement to any company. No any businessman wants to defame his name by doing such things which some peoples write here. If any dispute or any miscomunications is there than they should sit togather and resolve the issue instead of writing such things against the company.

We are working since long with the company and till date not even single complain of claims, goods, or any other type is faced till date.

We are getting the goods in time within 24 hours from the date of making rtgs to the company. we are very much satisfied and growing month after month.

Even after Coron we have discussed with the company who is going to start supplies very soon and getting back all market expiry also.
