Today at @ 4.30 PM, there was more than 250 meters long queue and waiting period of 8 to 10 minutes at Thane Mumbai eastern express highway Mulund toll plaza. Despite protest, toll is charged. As there is direct deduction from the bank account through fastag, the crew at the toll plaza does not bother to listen to what we are saying. The debit message is copied here : Paid Rs 40.0 toll for MP09CX9528 at Mulund(EEH) on 24 Jul 2021, 04:39 PM. TxnId: 0100001439168306171616.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 1449.61.
