Today at @ 4.30 PM, there was more than 250 meters long queue and waiting period of 8 to 10 minutes at Thane Mumbai eastern express highway Mulund toll plaza. Despite protest, toll is charged. As there is direct deduction from the bank account through fastag, the crew at the toll plaza does not bother to listen to what we are saying. The debit message is copied here : Paid Rs 40.0 toll for MP09CX9528 at Mulund(EEH) on 24 Jul 2021, 04:39 PM. TxnId: 0100001439168306171616.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 1449.61. Please help get refund and address such issues of debit despite rightful protest.
Don't pay toll. After paying toll what we people getting pathols on highway. Some time i am feel like we are living on moon and mountain area.

    Address: Mulund eastern express highway toll plaza

    Today at @ 4.30 PM, despite there being much more than 250 meter long queue of cars and waiting time of 8/10 minutes, toll was charged on cars. As the toll is charged through fastag, which is linked to bank account, despite protest, debit entry came after some time. The debit SMS reads as follows : Paid Rs 40.0 toll for MP09CX9528 at Mulund(EEH) on 24 Jul 2021, 04:39 PM. TxnId: 0100001439168306171616.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 1449.61.
    Please help us get the refund, and proper system at the toll plaza.

      Dear Sir

      Dahisar Toll entry point to MUMBAI is harassing the travellers . They harassed us for 30 mins grouping against us to pay when they didint acknowledge our FastTag overruling the recent mandate for commuters to have mandatory FastTag

      As per rule if toll booth doesn’t have fast tag committees don’t have to pay . But we were forced to pay . I wish to take this to court because we felt harassed by the gang of toll booth people . Request your kind intervention and support . I can be reached on the below email ID and I can connect .         The toll booth on mulund - thane lbs road has been placed in thane city limits. Whereas before the metro work, it was in mulund (Mumbai city limits). Has the tmc has given the permission to do so? Also due to that there is lot of congestion/traffic as the roads have dugged up for metro work and also there is no footpath to cross the city as the same has been dug up by the authorities.

          Mep infra has mandated the purchase f etc tag for all monthly pass holders in mumbai. However the number of lanes are limited to only 2 especially in airoli. To add to it the team is not able to segregate non pass holders entering in etc tag lane and they happily give them toll pass for the same amount as is available on other lanes. This causes a lot a of inconvenience to people who have etc tag. Besides the non etc tag lanes are more than etc tag lanes. Then why is mep insisting that customers buy etc tag, is it to meet their sales targets? These are public services and you should leave it at the public to either buy or leave it. They have put up boards to penalize non pass holders with additional penalty, but the same is not getting enforced. Please ensure this enforcement of etc tag is stopped asap and for people who have already taken the pass they should ensure they experience convenience and not curse.

            The Toll officials at Dahisar toll naka are not following the yellow line rule, the CCTV footage clearly showed traffic far behind the yellow line. The Toll officials were not ready for any discussion & where just shouting for money. The employee named Tejas Bhadre was very rude & also misbehaved. He was not aware of the rule & kept arguing that the traffic was moving. Request you to take action against this official & also educate the staff on the rule to avoid inconvenience to motorist.

            I had recharge my rfid tag through mcd app but after recharge app shows transaction failed but 3000 rs. Was deducted from my account after that I complained in my bank and they said merchant said payment was successfull and they provide me merchant details and transaction status.now I recharge my rfid with other account..and want refund of 3000rs.
