Sir,

I have registered a complaint regarding my date change in master checker with all the necessary documents and applicable fees last year in December 2019 but nothing has happened till now. First of all the management of MMD is so worst that they don't even help the public who come with thier queries. They are government servents but they don't even serve a single person. I have visited MMD 15 times since December 2019 and till now nothing has changed in my master checker. Everytime since December 2019 I only get one answer and that is next week your work will be done. Recently I have visited MMD regarding this complaint on 14th October 2020 and today 26th October 2020 nothing has changed on my master checker. It is not a joke for travelling to MMD every week in this pandemic situation. On 14th October I visited MMD on 14:00 hrs IST after thier lunch break. The peon asked me to sit outside for nearly 2 hrs and at 16:00 hrs IST the peon and the people working in the MMD started to leave the office. I asked the peon several times for the person Incharged Gaurav and everytime He said that He will call you or He will come to you. But no one came and no one called me. When the peon was leaving he told me that you sit here only he will come to you and he left. Half and hour passed away and the office begin to close there I met Mr.Gaurav(person in-charge for Date change in master checker.) I have talked to him about this several times. I have also collected a confirmation letter from MMD on 25th Feb 2020 about the Date change in master checker but today after 8 months also nothing has changed. I have provided each and every information they needed and also the fees required for the Date change In master checker. But Today after 11 months also nothing has change. Due to this I am not able to apply for my further certificates and all.

Does an Employee needs a year to change a Date on the master checker?
