how many days take to approve my cdc sir my collage so many people get cdc but mine still submitted only not at process and aproved pleace what is the problem or not update in website ..?

Sir,
I have registered a complaint regarding my date change in master checker with all the necessary documents and applicable fees last year in December 2019 but nothing has happened till now. First of all the management of MMD is so worst that they don't even help the public who come with thier queries. They are government servents but they don't even serve a single person. I have visited MMD 15 times since December 2019...

Shipping master has declared qualification verification pending list at 7/9/2018. My application number is not mentioned in their list, but ny last mail they confirmed that my 10 th verification is pending. I have submitted application on date of 27 april 2018 with application number smo (M)/2018/28103. By the rule of mmd in 60-70 days they should give cdc. But m not getting my cdc. Please help me i want to go for sailing....
