Mercedes Benz — Body Rattle

This is to invite the hospitality of your esteemed forum to expose the following.

In February 2015 at the time of the launch I bought the new C class Mercedes Benz CBU model and have only done barely six thousand kilometres. There is a very irritating body rattle on rough roads which the company has not been able to resolve despite multiple major adjustments/rectifications. The car under the supervision of the German technical expert has been attended to extensively on at least six occasions but the rattle still persists. The entire ceiling was opened, the rear parcel self has been opened and two extra sets of rubber beadings have been added between the doors and the main car body. The extra rubber beadings are giving the car a very shoddy shabby appearance as these fittings are not a part of the original fittings. Apart from this several other adjustments have been done but with absolutely no satisfactory results. The build quality of Mercedes Benz it seems has been totally compromised and same solid feeling is not there anymore.

I have written personally to Mr. Roland Folger CEO, twice but he has not bothered to even acknowledge my letters despite the fact that I have been an old customer of MBIL having bought eight cars from them since inception.

This is to request you to please use your good office to please persuade MBIL to look into the genuine complaint and offer a suitable solution on a top most priority.
