Both keys given to me at purchase have fallen apart. I can not lock or open my car with the key pads. The model will only open the car door but has to use the key pad to lock and re-open. They are very poorly made with the plastic covers over the auto lock and open sensors in the key pads. The dealership wants to charge $310 for purchasing just one key pad. I think that is unfair to the consumer because of the poorly made materials used in making car keys for this vehicle model. I can easily send one of the damage keys to verify this complaint if needed. Just send me an address to mail it too! Was this information helpful? |
