Mercedes Benz — Double charging for same error after 4 visits

Our car was showing an error with the rear right light. When we took the car to the service center at Poonam Chambers Mumbai, they said that we need to change the entire light panel. Post that they scanned the car and said that even the rear left panel was damaged and or advisor advised us to change it as well. The needful was done and we were charged about Rs. 30, 000/=. Post this within 5 days the car showed an error with the rear left light, for the new panel. On visiting the center again, they scanned the car and said the error is gone. However, within 4 days the error was back. On visiting the center the 3rd time, they checked and said that there was a loose contact and that it's all rectified now. Shockingly, within 5 days, the same error was displaying again! On the 4th visit, the same advisor is now saying that there is another tail light panel that is damaged and needs to be replaced and this will cost another Rs. 30, 000/=! How can there be two reasons for the same fault and what was done previously then?? Never expected a reputed global company like Merc which claims a moto The Best or Nothing to be fleecing customers. When I spoke to some friends and acquaintances they also said that Merc service centers are bad in India. Totally negative rating from us on service!!!
