Merceces- Benz S 350d anthasite Blue Paintwork MFG 2019 On road cost was rs 1, 18, 13, 755/- was booked on 27th Feb, 21 with a condition that advance payment of Rs 5.00 lac to be paid on 1st march, 2021 .
WE paid Rs 5.00 lacs by ICICI Bank transfer on 1st March, 21. but we got a massage that our booking has been cancelled due to non receipt of Fund Rs.5.00 lacs .It was booked through dealer - Luxotica Automobiles LLP, Kolkata .
They got payment on 1st but they sold the car to some one else, may be on higher amount or what ever may be other reason, we do not know. but business ethics is wrong on the part of dealer .
How ever after repeated follow up we got refund of Rs 5.00 lacs on 6th March, 21 .A suitable action is required against the dealer as stated above and let us know the action taken by you . in case of any help in this regard, you may call to the under signed on mobile no [protected] - P K Kedia
