Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that I have logged a complaint about the break down of Otis lift over phone to the service department on dated 02.04.2022 near about the time of 5.30 pm and they have replied that the job will be completed by the same day or by early morning of the next day. Now the matter is the service has not provided till now as well as when i have called to service man regarding the job but no response was gotten, even when i called to the another person Mr. Avijit sengupta( mob-[protected]) to report regarding the matter but unfortunately he was reacted me which was really unaccepted from the staff of Otis.Please look to the matter as seriously.
