    There is massive spike in my electricity bill from past 2 months (Rr # sg3997 / consumer id[protected]. We have exactly same power consumption since last year. Our monthly bill was not exceeding 2000 rupees whereas for the past 2 months we got 7330 rupees bill (5790+ 1540). Even electrician checked all the wirings for any current leakage and found no issues.
    Our monthly unit consumption was around 200- 250 where as now meter says 920 units for 2 months. We strongly suspect meter issue.
    We even submitted written complaint for the meter check and replacement but so far no one has come to check the same.
    MESCOM customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Current bill for the month May-2020 is too high that is 1348 rupees. Usually bill amount should be 300 rupees on average per month.

        Since 3 days no power supply to our House situated at Maril, Kariyal, Shree Muka Nilaya. My RR No. PRL5566 & account id is [protected]

        We have informed several time to your local office, but no body is responding. Three electric poles are cut and no power supply to our house. Kindly get it repaired immediately

          In our area thirthahalli, horabailu power line is falled down to the road. This is my number [protected]. We informed the officers but nobody take the respobsibility. We are using that road, power line dont have any insulation. 3 days ago powerine fallen to the road. But nobody came here & nobody took the response of this. Please inform the respectable officers & clear the road.

            We have recived rs.8500 as two month electricity bill for the month of march and april. We usually receive monthly bill up to 2000 to 2500. But we are stunned to know the today’s i. E.04-may-2020 bill recived as rs.8500 for two months. This was not just with us but with all our neighbors and my society people they have charged with an unusual amount.in one instance with my uncle he recived the bill for march month which he already paid and have a receipt of the transaction. These day light robbery is a unethical and we need your support in order to verify and take stringent action. And we request company to refund all those who have suffered.

            We look forward for your priority in this case.

            Attached Both Bill on current one and the previous one. Mescom included the previous bill which is already paid with the current Bill. Including all our neighbors are the same situation. Please need your kind intervention in this regards.

              We have received a bill which 8500 for two months which is not as usually what we recived. We first thought may be we used so much but when the same was seen with my neighbor and my uncle too i am surprised. We normally get 2000 to 2300 per month and this is really an head ache because of high charges and not accounted properly by the mescom.

                    This is regarding the unplanned power cut every day 3 to 4 hours without maintaining e any timing. Most of the citizens here are from agriculture background and they don't dare to raise any voice against it. My home gets electricity from kumbra keb in puttur, irde line. As per government order we have to work from home until lockd0wn ends. We have to work on system for 8 hours. This 4 hours o[censored]nplanned power cuts are causing really major problems. Even after multiple complaints there is no change with the system. If we call keb directly they give random reasons. I request you to take this as priority and solve the problem of thousands of people who are struggling here.

                        Am using mescom power for agriculture purpose & we have the power line everyday we are facing the issue of low power & no one bothered about this issue and we complaint aganist the unauthorised power users and they are not worried about sanction and cheating to government by not taking sanction...
                        Also mescom showing irresponcible and they are scared disconnect there connection.
                        Kindly resolve this issue and make happy who is reliable to the govnment

                          Here the time is 2.47 am. Am from kundapura, here no power since last one hour. What is going on?? If i not paid a monthly bill? You take peoples money correct time but you didn't give a correct service to us. Please take a sudden resolution. This summer time, mescom doing like this, how can peoples sleep, especially patients at home, babies, children's. Today i lost my sleep because of mescom's unusual power cuts, at kundapura. Kindly take an immediate action.

                            We are facing a lot of issue about the power cuts. Everyday morning afternoon and night the power goes off. There are people working from home during this pandemic situation. And it becomes very difficult in times like this. Students have online classes and exams going on. The respective officers in the area are ignoring the calls and showing least concern.
                            They either speak arrogantly or hang up the calls. We most of the people here are suffering because of this power cuts.
                            I kindly request you to look into this and do the needful.

                                    Hello sir,
                                    This is to draw your kind attention to the frequent power cuts in our area. I am a student from the town called sringeri. Presently we are facing a lot of power cuts in our area, especially near kunchebyle, kunthur, and mouli. As we are all requested to stay home due to covid 19, and we are supposed to attend our online classes on a daily basis. Due to these unusual power cuts, we are facing a lot of problems. Not only me there are a lot of other people who are facing the same problem.
                                    Please do provide us with at least 8hrs of power in the day time and 6 hrs of power in the midnight that is from (12 am to 6 am).
                                    So i kindly request you to look into this issue and help us as soon as possible.

                                      I will to pay my branch electricity bill amount..i visited two post offices for making the payment but they are not ready to accept the payment... I want to pay through online method but I do not have account Id...kindly suggest how I can do the payment..because of lock down the branch will closed from last one week... Because of financial year end I want to do bill payment today itself.. Can I make payment using my company name address and building owner name..
