I am a resident owner of a house with two units located in kalyan nagar, kukkikatte, under udupi circle of karnataka and have with separate electric meters for the two houses (Al 2097 and al 27592).
I have been regularly paying the electric bills on time since date of acquiring connection religiously. The two electric meters of our house were recently replaced by the department without any advance notice or obtaining any consent from me in the recent past (About 3 or 4 months ago).
The meter reader of our locality was earlier regularly providing the bills for monthly consumption charges on or before 21st of every month and this suited as i could pay my bills at alevoor substation where they accept the payment on the 24th of the month.
After the installation of the digital meter, the meter reader is not regular in providing the bills as before and bills are also arbitrary in nature, when i am a resident owner of a house with two units located in kalyan nagar, kukkikatte, under udupi circle of karnataka and have with separate electric meters for the two houses (Al 2097 and al 27592).

I was however advised to pay the average charges as per our previous records.
I have however paid the bills as was billed to us for the last couple of months although the same were on the higher side. I have today received the bills for the current month and the same is outrageously high as shown below red in following chart and hence this complaint to you to by e-mail to examine and resolve the matter expeditiously.

From yesterday evening no proper electricity is being provided.. no one is responding for calls.. I have my exams coming up and there is no proper service and even one is even bothering to help me out!! What sort of service is this??
