House inverter power is hitting back to electric poll due to which there is voltage variation. Informed to line person who attended today to change house meter but he said until higher official says he cant do anything.
Kindly take care of this, as there were many accidents due which vehicle was hit to the electric poll and now this house inverter power hitting back to electric poll will be problem

No one cleared the issue, its same. Just one guy came and went thats it. Now its raining and electric pole is giving more issues regarding voltage... No one cares about safety about people, just for name sake electric pole guy wil come and go and mention here as resolved.

This is not solved, due to your negligence there was short circuit in house and we lost our inverter.. THis is highly ir-responsible

This is 3rd time again we lost our electronic appliances.. There was again short circuit from pole which hit back to house and caused short circuit.

    Our home connected meter is old one and also there is power fluctuations due to which electric pole power is directly connected to ups, already informed to mescom many a times but response. Kindly consider this very seriously. Account id[protected] / rr no keh17984, in the name of nagraja, contact [protected].
    We have informed the person who is generating bill every month and also stepped into mescom office. Need to fix this issue before rainy season.

    From yesterday evening no proper electricity is being provided.. no one is responding for calls.. I have my exams coming up and there is no proper service and even one is even bothering to help me out!! What sort of service is this??

      Earlier the bill was in different format and recently the bill format was changed.
      Now after the bill format changed i'm trying to pay the bill through online. But i'm not able to do so.

      I'm not able to find the consumer id or 10 digit rr number to pay the bill online.
      Please tell how can i pay my electricity bill online?

        Without any safety cover the line man trespassed my areca plant farm and without noticing me puted an electric line and pole now i am in danger in rainy seasons it may cause danger plz take care off it some time it gets short and shock and its is an difficult to pluck a areca and give a medicine to a plant there is a place they can adjust it. But its an purpose careless from mescom. For any problems created mescom is responsible..

        I wanted pay bill using Google pay or Paytm, but the app requires customer ID number which is 10 digits, that number is not on the bill. So we can't pay the bill.
        Please do the needful as soon as possible
        Or provide QR code on the bill so we can scan it and pay the bill quickly.

The bill for the month of April 2019 for ₹562/- issued to me on 0.8.04.19 is not uploaded for online payment through Google Pay / BHIM apps. Though the March, 2019 bill for ₹488/- paid on 12.03.19 is being shown in the apps as such I could not make payment of the April bill which will be du on 22.04.19. Kindly rectify. I am an age old person could not move from home.

                This complaint is from kadur taluk, yallambalase p, . An electric wire out of three is broken which results in loss of power supply for the people after that electric pole
                We informed about this to line man so many times, who is not taking any interest on repairing that issue and may be he is looking for some bribe. So please take a look on this issue and give us a solution for this.. Thank you.

                    In kalasa branch the keb members not supply current in proper way if little rain came they cut the power and said problem in line so pls check it and for maintenance they cut power 3 days in week from 8am to 7pm and after also they not give current in proper way so check it as fast as from this many people get trouble and the members of keb are not responding in proper way they gave silly reason to power cut so check it as soon as possible

                      We are facing low voltage problem in our area.. Fans are rotating very slow.. Later we could find that it's because of low voltage.. Because in inverter supply it's rotating in it's normal speed..
                      So please help us by correcting it quickly.. Because of this our electrical appliences may fail frequently..

                        I am a resident owner of a house with two units located in kalyan nagar, kukkikatte, under udupi circle of karnataka and have with separate electric meters for the two houses (Al 2097 and al 27592).
                        I have been regularly paying the electric bills on time since date of acquiring connection religiously. The two electric meters of our house were recently replaced by the department without any advance notice or obtaining any consent from me in the recent past (About 3 or 4 months ago).
                        The meter reader of our locality was earlier regularly providing the bills for monthly consumption charges on or before 21st of every month and this suited as i could pay my bills at alevoor substation where they accept the payment on the 24th of the month.
                        After the installation of the digital meter, the meter reader is not regular in providing the bills as before and bills are also arbitrary in nature, when i am a resident owner of a house with two units located in kalyan nagar, kukkikatte, under udupi circle of karnataka and have with separate electric meters for the two houses (Al 2097 and al 27592).

I was however advised to pay the average charges as per our previous records.
                        I have however paid the bills as was billed to us for the last couple of months although the same were on the higher side. I have today received the bills for the current month and the same is outrageously high as shown below red in following chart and hence this complaint to you to by e-mail to examine and resolve the matter expeditiously.
                        The following are a few payments made by me as billed for the last few months which can be duly verified and cross checked from your records for your ready reference.

                          Due to nonpayment of bill for one month, in february 17 the fuse has been removed. And after the payment of bills. Now all the bills are cleared. We went and informed the staff that bills are cleared and no due. The staff told they will come and fix the fuse but its one month no one came to fix the fuse. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

                            Many people are very struggled, because he is full wasting the water so please come to the spot at the night after your taken the action. It river is part of the nature so it was saved the our responsibility but he is not necessary the water, but wasted the too much water for his normally uses, please accept my complaint and taken the action.

                                At present, the on-line payment system is enabled to 11 towns of R-APDRP area & DWA is issued to implement on-line payment system in remaining non-R-APDRP area. It will take some time for pilot project execution & implement. Once implemented in all the areas, advertisement will be given for public awareness.

                                As per the MESCOM R-APDRP Portal, All MESCOM RAPDRP towns are now enabled for online payment, account registration and service requests. Still the online payment is not happening because of non availability of 10 digit Account ID.

                                  Sub : mescom letter dated 14-1-19 for amount due of rs 7047/-

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that i have received a letter to pay an amount of rs 7047/- as average bill for 4months 14days for the period march 2016 to june 2016.

                                  In march 2016 i noticed that our bill reading was less than usual. So i went to mescom attavar and reported regarding the same. I was asked to meet the awe/je. The awe/je informed me that the matter should be reported to je at mescom jeppu. I went and reported the matter to the je, who asked me to give a complaint in writing. I gave them a complaint in writing, but no action was taken.

                                  My husband who was working abroad came down to india in may 2016 and went and spoke to the je at mescom jeppu in the first week of june 2016. The je asked to give the complaint in writing again. My husband gave the je a complaint again. After that they came and checked the meter and told us that the meter is faulty. They asked us to install the new electronic meter, for which we had to pay for the installation. (In our building for all the other flats the old meters were replaced with new electronic meters free of cost in october 2018).

                                  Please note that normally during april - may our family goes out of station as it is the children's school vacation. But still we made a payment of rs 1000 and rs 2000 in may and june respectively.

                                  Also after fixing of the new meter, when we got the june2016 bill we went to mescom jeppu and showed them the bill. They told us that everything is in order and there is nothing due. We insisted to adjust the excess amount paid by us towards arrears, if any. But they told us that there are no arrears and the excess amounts will be adjusted in future bills.

                                  After almost three years mescom is asking us to pay rs 7047/- stating that audit was done only now and this amount is for non reading of meter.

                                  Therefore, we think that this claim by mescom is unjustified and we need not pay the aforesaid amount. Kindly look into the matter and give us a reply at the earliest.

                                      Again & again i've been complaining to the local mescom authorities but none of them are responding claiming lack of rcc poles which hardly one or two required to change the course.

                                      However, i've noticed which are lying near kelgoor estate transformer any moren 8 to 10.

                                      Had the concerned electrical contractor planned it properly at the time of erecting other poles taking care of big trees not touching them, this problem wouldn't have arised.

                                      Already summer has set in my crops badly need irrigation.

                                      I, therefore request you to kindly take up the issue on top priority.

                                      I still hope you would take immediate action & provide my land with electrical connection.

                                        I'm the resident of sripura, near 2nd mile stone, jog road, kargal, sagar (Taluk), shimoga (Dist). We are facing severe problem of low voltage. We have repeatedly complained about this with the department officials. They have assured us to take necessary actions and have provided us with a new transformer.

                                        But still we are facing the same problem. On inquiry we got the information that many customers in our region illegally stealing the electricity by attaching wire directly to electric wires and officials have a primary list of such people. But they are not taking any strict actions against them. That's why i am placing this complaint before you for necessary action.

                                        Please do the necessary.
