There is transformer in Thirthahali surani area, which has many problems since many months its not been fixed due to which our agriculture Bore is not working & house appliances are not able to use. Junior Engineer of Arga is very very careless even after informing him. Pls allot someone responsible person in this area.

There are many issues in this area, since JE is not taking problem intiative we are facing every now and then problems.

          RR NO. KG44654 HELD IN THE NAME OF ACHUTHA PADIYAR OF TEKKATTE KUNDAPUR TALUK UDUPI DISTRICT On[protected] I have made payment of Rs 953 through online using mescom mob app.towards electricity bill payment for the month of Nov 2030. This month I.e nov 2020 I have received electricity bill for Rs 1776. Upon verification of the bill I found that the bill is showing arrears of Rs 953.13 plus interest of Rs 12. Today ( 17 / 11/ 2020 ) I have visited mescom office Kundapur n enquired about non crediting of Rs 953 . The officials at mescom kundapur informed me that the amount was credited to my PUMPSET RRNO.IPKG48912. I have not added RRNO.IPKG48912 TO my mob app since I am not knowing that no. Hence I request u to credit the amount of Rs 953 to my RR NOKG44654 N CONFIRM . HOPE YOU WILL CONSIDER MY REQUEST. ACHUTHA PADIYAR ; TEKKATTE Mob [protected].

            MESCOM charged me 15000rs for an empty flat on July 2019.
            The flat was occupied till around June 2018 and was vacant and deposits were also kept in order to pay the minimum bill of 410 Rs. Then in July 2019 they charged so much saying they changed the meter because it was not billing. Despite the fact that minimum wattage was being counted and reciprocated in my bill which I was paying every month.
            Me and my family live abroad so when I got this charge I was shocked. I went to MESCOM and explained, they said they just extrapolated what might have costed based on the bill of the previous year when it was occupied.
            When I got all documents and submitted a letter stating no one was in the apartment and we come occasionally despite it being my own apartment, a week later there was nothing in the file. I was shocked and submitted again.
            They have done this to many other tenants in the building colony. Kindly help me and many others like minded tenants who do not know what to do and where to go.

                  The man who is in the Mescom bill payment office in Bajpe in very ill-natured person, he should be fired from his job for his rude behaviour, and also should be punished, for misbehaving with woman and other people, , if this goes on surely the person in the counter will be beaten by public

                    Closed flats are gettings unusually high bills every month. Inspite of complaints this has continued. A/c: [protected]

                    Request a thorough analysis into meter, units and overall charges!! If they continue doing this, theyhave to remove minimum and taxes both as users cannot afford this.

                          I am yashveer from devavrunda village, mudigere tq. We don't have power from the past 15+days and it's impacting very badly to daily activities and those who are doing wfh. We tried to contact the nearest dedicated lineman for our area but he is extremely useless and not even answering our calls. He has not visited our place at least once to check and also no help from je. It's not a joke to leave without power for 15+days and such irresponsible behavior from everyone. we need this issue to be resolved immediately. Donno if this mail stuck at spam box or unread.

                            Hi, the meter reading person did not come last month. This month's reading is 153 its inclusive of previous month. But as the bill was not read last month now the used unit showing high and hence the bill amount. Which is not acceptable. As you have already set different bill range as per the used unit count. This is showing too much bill amount and it is not our fault. Also we have payed advance amount even if the bill was not read last month. Still it is is of no use because of the tariff slab you have set. Kindly provide solution for this issue asap.

                              There are lots of Tree Branches in Surani, Thirthahali area passing over Electricity Line but Mescom people are very careless on this.. We have called several times to the JE of Mescom Thirthahali ( [protected]) but no action taken, now he is not receiving calls and also maximum its switched off.

                              If Govt officials does like this, we people will suffer a lot.. Please take stringent swift action before there is any disaster.

                              Today only one tree branch is been cut, then workers just went away due to which now at 6.30pm on 7/8/2020 there was short circuit due to which our house appliances are burnt.. This is 5th time happening this year.. 4 month back we purchased new washing machine, inverter due to previous short crcuit.. Now again we lost .. This time we are lodging FIR on JE of Arga, there is so much negligence on his work, letting people suffer and die like this.. I hope there is someone in Mescom who can take very serious action by tmrw itself..

                              Mescom JE of Arga, Thirthahali is really not doing his work.. Even his workers were complaining today that he wont send peoples to cut branches of trees even if request comes instead he uses them for his personal work... Govt officials i request pls pls take care of this before something worst thing takes place.. This is not first time complain regard to JE of Arga, Thirtahali Mescom.. Moreover he doesnt know to speak with Ladies tries to speak in louder tone when we say our concern to him..

                                Myself has taken the apartment on rent and paid 4973 on 20.04.2020 though I have stayed for few days in March. Later on I found that an excess amount Of Rs3067 has been Paid. This can be verified online. Later on when the owner visited the staff told to pay Rs. 2867 despite this is excess amount. This may be the staff may have not seen the minus mark. Now the owner has paid Rs.2900 and excess amount showing online -5767. The owner is arguing that this the amount outstanding and not refunding the security. This has happened due to wrong information given by the Mescom Staff. I request you to refund the excess amount and confirm the details to me to enable me to get my security from the owner. I can be reached at +91 [protected] whatapp only as I am out of country now.

                                  Would like to raise a complaint. This month we have already made the payment of rs.130 on 5th july due date was 9th july.
                                  But again we received another message to pay another new bill rs.130 due date is 24th july.

                                  Why 2 bills has been generated for july?? This is not the right thing. Pls take this matter with your management and resolve it as soon as possible. Why should we pay 2 times for same month?

                                        Absorbent electricity charges for the month of may 2020 - rs.6474. While the average bill we were getting monthly was of rs.1300/. We have never got a bill of this huge amount.
                                        On inquiring with mescom, they are rather saying that we have used the electricity and no help from their side.

                                        Total units utilization for may-02-2020 to june-02-2020 is 774 units, bill amount : 6474/-
                                        Total units utilization for mar-02-2020 to may-02-2020 units - 238 units, bill amount : 1999/-
