Why there is a power cut in miyar, karkala from last 4 days there is not proper supply of electricity in my area why what's the problem. There is no rain no lightning then why there is power cut. The the time comes the bill u guys come nicely to show the bill's and all simply removing the electricity without any reason.

    Hello mam/sir,
    Iam staying in panjimoger vivek nagar, we are getting high bill every month, we use only 2 fan 4bulb grinder and refrigrator only yet we get 900rs bill every month which is too high, the meter might be running fast, please do send some personal to check the meter.

      Dear sir,
      I have received bill amounting to rs. 7212, and billing period is 05/02/20 - 19/05/20 billing date is 20/05/2020. Bill no. [protected] total unit consumed as per the bill is 946. This the first time i received the bill.

      Our consumption is limited, only heater, mixer and washing machine is used. No. Air con, tv.

      When i login to pay the bill online i found bill no.[protected] which is different from the bill i have received. Attached copy

      Recently i have occupied the apartment ie. On 01st february 2020.

      I will be thankful, if you please verify this bill comparing the previous bill.

        My consumer id is [protected]. I pay my bills online. Website is very poor thats other part. I got thd bill 3 times of the normal bill. When i checked with mescom they give some vague answers saying watever you paid last month is not the actual bill or something which is nonsense. Its not only me everyone in my society got 3 times of the bill. Now they say bill generated you have to pay. There is no way we can get a claridication or can place a complaint. Even last month i got more bill than usual but i paid. But this month 3 times of the normal bill. And the reply we get is you have 2 pay. No clarification no explanation. Nothing. If it happened with everyone then they have to agree that its their mistake but instead theh say bill generated you have 2 pay. Dont ask for clarification.

          Good Evening Sir/Mam
          I am writing you this letter to file a complaint against the Mangalore mess com electricity department. I would like to say that the Mess com Electricity department has generated my bill Rs 254448 for three months (03/20-05/20), as I am only using one ac and Fridge in heavy load equipment if I use it continuously for 24 hrs the bill should be less than 6000 per month however I am using a
          3 star Lg Ac and the number o[censored]nits is less than 1.5 per hour as per government regulations. I have noted every unit Independently it is less as shown in the bill. I am a student and not so much financially sound, I am not able to afford that much bill though I haven't used it. Please Kindly do the needful I'll be very helpful.

            Sir am an resident in shivamogga bapuji nagar 2nd cross aeh7339.. The line man here without informing about the bill is cutting down the power it has been many times and not responding properly even if we contact him

                Electricity bill

                Address: 2-98, J.P Cottage, Thenkanidiyoor village, Thottam post, Garadimajal, Udupi 576108

                Since lockdown we have been paying our electricity bill online and have all the proof in the mescom website. Now we have received a bill for three months which is unclear as of how they have calculated the amount payable. No previous paid amount has been highlighted. 3 months consumption is taken into account for calculation. Please look into this matter and do the needful....

                Usually we were getting electricity bill of 250/300 and units consumed was within 25. Last month we had not received electricity bill and we paid it from mescom site after downloading e bill. This month we received bill with 59 units consumed, which is more than twice of previous month's bill, also there is a component as other charges in the bill. We need clarification as to such huge variation in the bill.

                  Hi sir,

                  The electricity bill will be getting below 200 rupees generally, but in the month of april we got the bill 1829 rupees in that other is 1717 rupees, but we don’t know why this much amount mentions, requests you to take the necessary action and correct it. Thanks in advance for your support

                    Our electric house board number bl 152

                    This is to bring your attention towards power outrage in hokkalike, melkopa koppa post, chickmangalore disctrict. Its been close to an year there is no proper power facility in this village. Locally we been reporting the issue to mescom but no action taken. If we call tollfree numbers standard response being line breakage or under construction. We reported the issue in mescom office, koppa. There is no direct phone facility to reach them we must drive our personal vehicle and report the issue and come back. To worsen this no one will be available in the office during working hours. Multiple times online complaint registered latest ref number is a259997
                    . If we do not register complaint there will be no power for 2-3 days. No one taking responsibility to fix this. As a last resort we are reaching you in hopes of permanent solution on this. Eagerly looking forward for your generous help

                          This month ie may i received electricity bill from mescom and i am shocked.

                          For april month i didn't receive the bill from mescom. But in google pay i got due amount notification from mescom, which was rs. 1175. I paid my april due amount through google pay online.

                          For may month the mescom bill shows rs. 1174 deduction. Even though the net amount due is rs. 2133/-

                          Need clarification.

                            Hi,

                            I had called 1912 helpline number to request help in a matter regarding the bill payment and received a very rude response from the responder. He not only cut my my call abruptly but was also very unwilling to help.

                            When i pay my tax as well as the bills so diligently, is it so difficult to provide similar service to the customers in return? Why are all government services so bad? I'm very sure this complaint is not going to be looked at. But i am doing my duties as a customer to report it.

                                Hi

                                Received huge electricity bill amount of 12000, where as usual monthly bill is around 2000. Last month bill was not generated by mescom and for 2 months how can you charge 12000?
                                And whats is Others category, under that 6000 charged...

                                Last month bill not generated by you, why you are troubling consumers for your mistake?

                                  An average bill we used to get[protected] for a month but this time we got the bill of 6246 for two months which is unbelievable and in the bill added others 986 rupees which do not understand.

                                    I usually get electricity bill of 1200 rs. I have been paying timely online every month. This month in may i received a bill of around 2800 rs.
                                    This is clearly an wrong statement, i have checked with my friends too in mangalore and same situation with them also.
                                    Mescom should look into this issue and resolve without causing inconvenience to consumers. Right now consumers are forced to knock mescom doors and offices which clearly defeats the purpose of social distancing
