Mescom — Complaint to the area incharge officer

I residing in shimoga.as on the opp side of my house there was two electric pole with transformer, before 1/2 month at pragent there is only single pole in front at my house and the wire with a hevy voltage is been passed over my house roof to other place, which is been new connected recently and it is a risk factor for my family if incidence happiers . I told area incharge Mr .. To remove the wire, but he ignore every time.aftet I request to senior officer Mr ... To tack action immediately, as per my request senior officer Mr ..., Visited my house and agree the work is been done wrong by area incharge Mr ..., but know he is also not responding, Now what should I DO!
