Mescom — Current problems in our area

We live in under megaravalli mescom sub station our current place is untoor katte kaimara in our area last week our area tc is burned because the heavy volteg the main reson is high motor and low kv tc
So we request you to please check it
After one week they take a old tc and replaced the tc but it cont still 1and half
Hour its very old tc and the line man said
Thay have no other tc so we cont do any work so I reqest to please send other
Hevy kv tc.
