Mescom — electricity: meter reading once in two month high bill amount | |||
Custid: 2110303, rr# : sl3433. Hi, the meter reading person did not come last month. This month's reading is 153 its inclusive of previous month. But as the bill was not read last month now the used unit showing high and hence the bill amount. Which is not acceptable. As you have already set different bill range as per the used unit count. This is showing too much bill amount and it is not our fault. Also we have payed advance amount even if the bill was not read last month. Still it is is of no use because of the tariff slab you have set. Kindly provide solution for this issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
