[Resolved]  Mescom — frequent power cut

Near madhyapadavu Surathkal, there is continues power cuts. If we call office it connects to customer care they are totally unaware ot the prob later they need to contact the office and they always informed us that some repair is going on. Trip, line fault bla bla.. By chance if connected to office they vl say within half n hr it vl cum but never cm with their promised tym we have to wait for nearly 2-6hours. Due to this we r facing lot of problems pls try to giv gud service as we are paying foe electricity. Hope yu will take necessary action and do the needful. Thank you.
