Mescom — my electricity bill

Hello there.
Since a long time i wanted to know my 10 digit customer no. My rr no. Is ul32276, consumer id is 2240103.
Bankal sub division
Chanduvalli
Please help me in getting my customer no 10 digit as i need it for paying electricity bills online. Its not printed on my electricity bill and i needed it.
Please help me.

I already 3-4 times complained to our nearest KEB office at Aranthodu but they can't respond to our problems. That's y I complained to online please respond our problems, y bcoz we are not getting current to our house to past 4 days back so please solve, or give a suggestion to us as soon as possible.
