Respected sir /mam.
We live in under Sagar Mescom sub station and Thyagarty o&M our native Mulukeri Village Barur Post and in our area we don’t have three phase supply to run the IP Set fast from 2 Months, same has been informed to local So Mr Satish but he is saying that they cannot do the announcement of additional TC .and we are having the RR No which was taken from six years back and we was running the IP Set from our old 63 Kva TC which is there in village from 2010 up to 2017 Feb . and due to high load they have disconnected the three phase supply which was come to us this was disconnected by Local Mescom team wantedly . and we are facing lot of problem and all the craps are getting dried due to non availability of water, and as per role they have full the secondary line up to IP Set but they have not done and still we are taking the supply from 500 mtr in Service mains wire, so request you to kindly resolve issue anouncing the Transformer immediately.
