Mescom — Power cut problem

I am a resident of muchur village of mangalore taluq.in my area very much of electricity problem is there. Sometimes 2 times of power cut is happening here.. Due to this hot weather we are suffering a lot.. And i never seen such poor electricity supply company anywhere. And wednesday or thursday is the day for repair of faults but nowadays weekly 3 4 times disconnecting the electricity by giving the reason such as repairs, faults.. Whenever i used to call to lineman they are saying like fault is there we are repairing it.. Very bad service and poorest service.. Please increase your service level and efficiency.. Really i personally fed up by this service and therefore i am writing this feedback to your company
