Mescom — Wrong credit of my electricity bill amount for Rs 953

RR NO. KG44654 HELD IN THE NAME OF ACHUTHA PADIYAR OF TEKKATTE KUNDAPUR TALUK UDUPI DISTRICT On[protected] I have made payment of Rs 953 through online using mescom mob app.towards electricity bill payment for the month of Nov 2030. This month I.e nov 2020 I have received electricity bill for Rs 1776. Upon verification of the bill I found that the bill is showing arrears of Rs 953.13 plus interest of Rs 12. Today ( 17 / 11/ 2020 ) I have visited mescom office Kundapur n enquired about non crediting of Rs 953 . The officials at mescom kundapur informed me that the amount was credited to my PUMPSET RRNO.IPKG48912. I have not added RRNO.IPKG48912 TO my mob app since I am not knowing that no.
