Today 5:03 pm they send mail to me that saying they will send a legal notice by post. That I need to pay total amount 50, 000 rupees. (An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 50000/ - for total loss to our client).
They are threatening me again and again, at firstly I said to them I won't do this job...after this many days passed they are asking for money, they send mail to me like threatening to pay money otherwise I need to attend the court... I don't know what work they gave me they didn't contact me after the agreement( 10th December ). I didn't even login to their website at least once. I don't know anything, they didn't contact me till 29 Dec, on Dec 29th suddenly they send mail to me and made a call with me that need to pay Rs.5, 500 otherwise they will take legal action. Days going on they are increasing money day by day...Now they want me to pay 50, 000 rupees... I don't know what to do? Many people suffering like from this company...Please, some take action on this company...Please help people like us...plz. I attached my today's mail photo to this complaint.
