I have applied for data entry job on 2019. And I paid a deposit of 1000rs on the starting time. For some reasons, I was not able to complete their task. And they asked me to pay the remaining amount. I paid around 6000 rs and got their NOC certificate. Then after some days, someone from their legal department contact me, and told me they are going to file a case against me or I have to pay some amount to them. I told them I am not going to pay any amount. Till then, they stop contacting me. Now today (26/12/2022) someone named Arjith Kumar Singh from civil investigation department called me and told me that they are going to arrest me for not paying the amount. I have told them, I have paid the full amount and got the NOC from the company. He told me that the agreement was auto renewal and I haven't paid for 10 months. So I have to pay 40000rs plus 20% GST or else they are going to produce an arrest warrant against me. This is the no he contacted me: [protected]. Please some one help me to stop receiving their harrassment.

Like everybody here I too is a victim of Met tech data entry fraud. I signed it in around 2018 but due to some health issues could not finish it. Later I got call from some advocate and they demanded Rs 12980 and said if I fail a case will be registered and a notice will come on my address. In fear I deposited it in given bank acc and sent them pic. Later I get another call and guy asks me 10500 more to clear NOC. At that time I realised i was scammed. I said do whatever you want and kept the call. They didnt call me again after that. But now on 27 feb 2020 i get a call and guy said that my case has been transferred from aurangabad HC to Delhi HC. And i have to deposit 10500 today or else will have to go with my father and lawyer to delhi hc on 28th feb. I know these guys are fake. The digital agreement itself says that. I am going to register a case in police station here. My brother is a lawyer. He suggested me to take signed statements of all those who are vitims of this scam. I request you to share all evidence you have along with signed statement. And please dont fear and pay them anything. Stop receiving their calls. As soon as i get your statements I will send a copy of FIR to you. Its time to teach these frauds a lesson. Please comment.

Provided a form filling job of 15 days. After completion said that your dont have wanted accuracy you are failed no salary. And asking to pay money already paid around 40000. After much time they called me again to pay 10000 more to withdraw the call. They are harassing me by calling and messaging me again and again. I dont understand what to do. Please help me.

I have joined with this company for form filling and signed contract by paying them. But i failed in the session and i called them i am ready to pay the penalty fees. One mr sunil patil from their legal side called and mailed me to pay the due penalty of rs 5500 before 2pm on 24/12/2018. I paid the same to my bank and send them the challan and called the company directly about the payment. Later, i got a no due certificate from the company that there is no outstanding and i am free from them. After one year, one mr saourav pattil from no. [protected] and [protected] was calling and messaging me threatening to pay around 2.5 laks as penalty for closing my agreement. Please help me

I am working on that met tech in 2018 november last but on 30th november my grandfather expired and mera computer ka windows bhi karab ho gya. Uske baad maine bola ki mujhe work ni karna to unhoney bola paise pay kar do for close this case aur maine 7000 rs pay kiye aur unko bola bhi aur unhoney noc bhi di ki koi bhi paisa bakaya ni hai but 26 january ko call aayi ki aapka contract cancle ni hua hai aur 24 thousand something rupees dene hongey aur bola ni dogey to arrest warrant nikalega and all aur aaj email aaya ki 50000 rs dene hogey. Sir plz do something ye fake website wale hai aur kafi logo ko pareshaan kar rakkha hai.

In november 2018, i have recived an email from devansh kumar reagarding the data entry work.

After registration all the communication was stopped from them, i have sent many communication emails to the company and called to the executive and helpdesk support, but no response from them.

Now they are using the some law points and sending the legal notices to me.

I request the public prosecutor also who are taking chances to file the petition against the people please study the company track and other things.

Don't blame the people. Because who are looking for the data entry jobs means they are coming from the middle class people without jobs or looking for jobs to earn some money for their personal expenses who are living in metropolitan area for the job search.

Please cancel the registration and put that company people and management behind the bars.

Legal notice : it is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.

I am a student looking for a part time job but i never find any job without any first time fees then i found a company name met tech which offers me to work then earn money then cut their fees from my salary. It has some requirements like i have to type 1500 forms in 15 days which 1400 should be correct if not they will charge ₹5500. Finally i started to type and on the 8th day after i have completed around 600 forms i couldn't log in to their given link. I tried for many time the next day too then after but it doesn't work anymore so i quit. But recently i received a call from the company asking me to appear in court and pay fines. I don't understand what is going on so, please take a kind view regarding this matter.

I agreed that and i have do my work and sent, but say you didn't complete properly so can pay penalty fee, 1st time i will pay 5500/- then once again they're advocate calling and say you need to pay 22000 other wise, you come to court so i fear and pay the amount totally, next once again they call and say it's digital signature issue you need to come office and put sign, other wise you will pay some amount we reslove this and more over no one call to you and don't disturb, so i will pay 5000 at january 2019, next once again they call you need to pay some process charges other wise you need to come surath court, i say sir already your told to me no need to pay any amount and give to me all noc pdf, and why are you asking again the money, they did not answer, and i will put complaint on this same website they say your have no problem, after that they don't call from 4months but today they call once again and say same story you need to pay amount 12500, please give it to relax form that company, they haras me, it's give depresse to me, please help me.. When i was not able to submit my work there advocate call me and asked me to pay 8528. I was request him to give me some time and he give me 2 days but after the time i have paid the aforementioned money but they filled a case against me and today i have received a call and again they asked me to pay 15000 more. Three was not my fault they have asked money from me to close the file and give me some time but before it i have paid the money and still they have asked me more money neither they says that they will file a case against me. As they said i paid 13400 after that they again said to pay i paid it again 25500 and again they are saying to pay a mount of 29500 i talk to a consumer complaint council they told me not to pay attention on them. Next 15 days another advocate call me and say if you want to close for digital signature u pay of rs 7950/- otherwise you pay extra panalty for 7500/ day, so i have pay rs. 7950/- on 08/02/19. Today another sms for no. [protected] for advocate vijay chavan and said a summon letter at your nearest police stateion.

I have submitted a noc proof for received met tech

Today 4:03 pm they send mail to me that saying they will send a legal notice by post. That I need to pay total amount 50, 000 rupees. (An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 50000/ - for total loss to our client).

They are threatening me again and again for sending money by calls nd mail I attempted his work and I ask how to submit but the work I can't submit because of some technical problem.after this many days passed they are asking for money, they send mail to me like threatening to pay money otherwise I need to attend the court... I don't know what work they gave me they didn't contact me after the agreement.I don't know anything, they didn't contact me till 23 Dec, on Dec 25
th suddenly they send mail to me and made a call with me that need to pay Rs.5, 500 otherwise they will take legal action. Days going on they are increasing money day by day...Now they want me to pay 50, 000 rupees... I don't know what to do? Fraud company looting people and threatning. They are doing cyber crime please take strict actions against them and inform the cheaters to pay the salary of people.co is fooling people and harrass them to get the payment they sent fake agreement letter fake payment proofs to innocent people. Cos like this should be banned and consumer court should take serious actions against it.

Maine kam 15 days mai complete kr diya aur ab vo mujhe call kr ke threat kr rahe hai ki apko penalty pay krni hogi 5500 rs ki kyuki apke 100 se bhi jyada forms incorrect aye hai aur agar apne penalty pay nahi ki toh ham apke upar case kr denge. Maine unki info nikali mere cyber crime department mai ek sir pehchan ke hai toh unhone bataya ki vo company fake hai unki parent company quobit hai. Aur met tech jaisi company exists hi nahi krti iss company ki hosting denmark se ho rahi hai unka ip address hai 5.9.61.46. Inki main company hai infinity solutions. Aur met tech company ka fraud rating 9/10 hai. Please iss company ke upar jaldi se jaldi action lijiye kyu ki hamare jaise aur log fass skte hai. I had informed met tech representative for discontinuing the account within 5 days of the assignment to me, as i did not agree to their irrational demand to pay inr 7400 for work extension and account termination. They are sending email and phone call threats to me for legal action and recovery of penalty amount which i had denied to pay. They are mentally harassing me over phone, sms and email. I am getting calls from so called advocate mr. Kunal shah (Assuming he is fake as well). He threatening again for legal action till full recovery is done from me. Hi, i have taken this work and am not able to work on time because they have given what i am not able to complete. They threatening me and asked me to pay 7800/- i have paid. After that also i am getting continuously called me from other number and i said no, i am not able to completele the work and after that, they gave 15 days time. But that not able to complete. Now they calling me continuosly and threatening to repay the amount. Also they have sent legal notice to pay extra charges of rs. 2928. So totally they threatening me to pay 5500 + 2928. If not paid, they will send me hearings/court. Please help me.

The company named Met Tech has an advertisement of online job. I had registered for the same. The job was to fill 1500 forms in 15 days. I completed the work in time and even sent the forms in a PDF format to the helpline mail id. I even received a mail from the helpline that I will receive a quality check report in 3-4 days. But I did the receive any mail. I got a call from the person named Nilesh Chauhan, he said he was speaking from the advocate office and told me that the company has asked him to send a legal notice to me. The legal notice has been sent to me and they have asked me to pay 5500 + 3000 rupees as the maintenance. I had to sign an agreement on behalf of which they are trying to threaten me. But the sign on the stamp paper is done online. Is it valid ? . I would like to help in exposing such fake companies and bringing them under justice.

This company gave me 1500 forms to complete in 15 days and also put software agreement which is fake. They provided ID and password to complete it.. I completed it and all are correct but it shown QC report is fail and they want me to pay 12500 includes legal fees for the same. I PRIYANKA BISWAS too signed an agreement with MET TECH for form filling work from home.they called me and told me about the work which was filling 1500 forms and 1400 must in 15 days .they said I'll receive my work on Monday 15.12.2018 but they delayed . I didn't received any work till Monday afternoon then I messaged them that I haven't receive anything from there side after that they sent id and password by an email at the night but they counted that day too..then I started my work and completed it on time and i submitted the work before 7 hours as per time given to me for filling 1400 and above forms I was unable to submit the forms diwas clicking OK but nothing was happening..it was still ok written on the screen and happening nothing I tried to call them but the didn't respond...and next day I got a call from them they were saying my work is not complete and I have to pay extra charge of Rs 5500 ..and next day I got a call from an advocate telling me that company has filled a case against me and I have to pay other wise I have to go through court hearings and other things...now they are calling me again and again THREATENING me ..it's a big scam..

I am also the one suffering (From met tech). I signed my agreement on 10th dec, they didn't give user id and password in time, so i send the message to them "i will not work for you, and you are looking like a scam to me.. So please leave me and don't contact me further. After three days later i got a call from their company saying like... If you have any problem with the login you can post your complaint on our website. Then i posted my complaint they didn't reply me. After that, they didn't contact me. But from on 29 dec, they send me a message to pay money for not completing work, otherwise, they will file a case on me. And i told them i will not pay, they said please pay before 2 pm, otherwise, u will get a legal notice from us on monday, they even send me case no: 13810417 and sections 406&420.
Today morning again they called me and said check your mail, we send you a legal notice. Please reply with your advocate and come to court tomorrow. They didn't give me the details about the court, once they said we filed your case in delhi. But today they said to come to court in surat by tomorrow. What should i do?

The website quikr is not a good one. Jobs in this one are almost frauds. All of them want money. No one is genuine. They give note like" beware of fraud agents!

But almost all companies are like that they want money, even if they said u don't have to pay any money. After some time they will ask for money like call back charges for activating the account, message charges for otp. And also poc charges (New jersey corporation - i even submitted my work (150 pages typing to her) etc...
Please, anyone, take action on these fraud companies... We have all the proofs and call records from start to end...in whatsapp people like us (17 people) created one group we have all proofs.

Toh maine apne due date ke din unko phone kara aur apni problem batayi but unhone mujhe dhamki di ki agar aap aaj ke aaj hame payment ni karoge toh kal hum aapke upper case kar denge fir aapko 25 se 30, 000 pay karna hoga. Maine jab company ke baare m pata kia toh mujhe pta chala ki yeh company fraud hai. Sir please meri help karo isme se nikalme mai.

Met tech is fraud. They call me and tell that i have an opportunity to make money at home to fill 1500 form within 15 days.
I agree but then i go to google and search about the company and then i found that there are many complaints against met tech. These people are fraud. Then i block their numbers.
But suddenly after some days i received a mail from a layer (Fake) that i have to pay penalty. Even i am not received any kind of form to filling. Plzz don't trust these peoples.
