Rating even a single star is not worth it. Can't help it. This is the worst company you will come across in Kolkata. I have worked for over 12 years in the BPO industry other than this company. I have never come across a company where the Quality Manager sleeps for 4 hrs during office hrs. This is also known to the management, however God knows why no action is taken against him. He is suppose to have some kind of acquaintance with the owner of the company. I have worked there for 11 months and in these 11 months i thought i was in a jail, serving my sentence. I had a feeling that this person was only there to warm his chair as practically he had no work in the organization. You will only hear about religion, politics, games, girls, making fun with his agents, nonsense talk, other than work related conversation. If you have a sleeping manager how do you expect anybody will respect you if you are reporting to him?Hard work and dedication is not accepted in the organization who has fake processes running in the company. UK and US customers are looted by this company by giving them fake services. Each month ESI is subtracted from the salary, however in these 11 months no documents were given to the employee about the ESI. The HR team, hats off to them. You will not find another HR team who is absolutely worthless and does nothing for the employees, you will not get any help from them. This company is waiting to cut your salary on a pretext of company policy even for small issues, which keeps on changing. I was also amazed during my short tenure in the organization where the manager asked it's subordinates to give high rating to the company. This thought itself is fake in nature where the company asks it's employees to give high rating. So if you see any rating which is high, it is probably fake, may be instructed by the company boss. And at the end I will tell you about the transport system which is the worst of its kind where a minimum of 1.5 hrs you will have to wait for the cab. I would suggest everybody to keep out of this company, it will ruin your career. I have talked enough and somewhat gave you an insight about this company, so now it is your decision to accept their offer letter.
