Metal Leopard — Sold old and too much used defective bike

the owner of Metal Leoprd, Mr.Anu Aju.A, has sold me an old bike saying it is new and never used.when i got the bike, it was already driven more than 20000 kms, in a very poor condition, most of the parts are not in working condition and many parts are damaged.also he has not given me original documents.the bike was is so poor condition that i had to take it to my home on a mini truck.it is useless to me. the bike is useless, cannot drive...

Metal Leopard — sold defective and useless bikes saying it was new

Metal Leopards — Did not receive bike after modification

I gave a bike for modification on feb 26th 2013 and he promised to give it in one month.. He played around telling excuses till may and then gave me a date of june 28th.he never gave it then and then I realised he had not even ordered for the parts. He had fixed the deal for 40000 and den in June he tells e it will become 60000 and in august he told me three of the major modifications mentioned cannot be done because of price issues... my...
