the owner of Metal Leoprd, Mr.Anu Aju.A, has sold me an old bike saying it is new and never used.when i got the bike, it was already driven more than 20000 kms, in a very poor condition, most of the parts are not in working condition and many parts are damaged.also he has not given me original documents.the bike was is so poor condition that i had to take it to my home on a mini truck.it is useless to me. the bike is useless, cannot drive it.most of the parts are rusted or broken.i couldnt drive it since it took it at home.i have spent 1.95 lacs on that bike and i got junk. i just want my money back

I gave a bike for modification on feb 26th 2013 and he promised to give it in one month.. He played around telling excuses till may and then gave me a date of june 28th.he never gave it then and then I realised he had not even ordered for the parts. He had fixed the deal for 40000 and den in June he tells e it will become 60000 and in august he told me three of the major modifications mentioned cannot be done because of price issues... my mistake was that I still went forward with it... and then finally he tells me nov 8 as deadline which was later pushed to Jan 22 but still no news.. Along all this I have honestly called him more than thousand times(no exagerration) but he either does not pick or he cuts the call.. He took an advance of 40000 from me in the month of feb when we started itself. Till date i have not received my bike.. I wanted to sue this guy and make him pay a heavy fine for the delay, arrogance and ignorant behaviour and for cheating me all this while.
