Metricstream — ComplianceOnline is not taking me off its mailing list

I am highly disappointed and frustrated by this repeated mailing from a company, ComplianceOnline. I have been telling them consistently to take me off their mailing list, because I don’t see any need for their courses. But they seem to be in no hurry to do this. How can a company which says it is part of MetricStream, based in California, US, do such a thing? Would they do that in the US? They would get kicked in the rear if they did so. This leads me to seriously think of what kind of compliance courses they should be offering, if they cannot comply with such a simple request. Physician, heal thyself.
