Metro Green Solar Bangalore — Leakage of tank

I also have a complaint on the same line. After 3 years o[censored]se, one tube burst. When the service guy came to replace the tube, he insisted on cleaning the tank and carried out the cleaning. He took extra money for cleaning. After the cleaning done, the tank started slowly leaking and now the leakage is more. When we contacted the company, they are demanding Rs. 18, 000 to replace the tank. They are saying that the tank is beyond repairing. I don't understand the guarantee/warrantee they are claiming to be there for the product.
