I also have a complaint on the same line. After 3 years o[censored]se, one tube burst. When the service guy came to replace the tube, he insisted on cleaning the tank and carried out the cleaning. He took extra money for cleaning. After the cleaning done, the tank started slowly leaking and now the leakage is more. When we contacted the company, they are demanding Rs. 18, 000 to replace the tank. They are saying that the tank is beyond repairing....

At the time of installation i was not informed about the need for a plumber on site and an air vent was not provided by the company. The technician never instructed the plumber or me about the dos and donts. I am not one among your 1 lakh satisfied customers as you claim untill you settle the issue which happened not out of any neglect from my part. Thank you. Consider that my money also has value....
