[Resolved] Metro Green Solar — solar water heater vacuum tubes burst after 3 days of installation | |||
I purchased a solar water heater from this company on 10 august 2017. An auto driver and another fellow came and installed it. But after 3 days 10-13 vacuum tubes bursted automatically though i complained to the company about this to mr s k shetty the contact person he says he will not replace the system for there is a warranty card issued for three years. He did not educate me about how to use the system or even provided a manual. It is very unfortunate that after paying rs 23000 i was not able to use atleast once. This company cheats people by canvasing. But they don't have any technical expertise. Please avoid having transactions with them Was this information helpful? | |||

Our technician visited your site please do not close air vent your Plumbar closed air vent.that's the problem this is not our company problem. Our company have already one lakh satisfied customer no one can complaint against our company we are maintaining global standards

Metro Green Solar cheats people claiming to be a German company. Its owner M. k. Shetty cheats people by offering 10 year warranty and 5 year replacement guarantee for the tank. Yesterday my tank started leaking within 3 years of purchase. Tubes were broken within 3 days after installation which I mentioned earlier here. They blame the plumbing for every problems of the solar heater. Their technicians don't have any workmanship. They will come with just one screw driver to fix any problem. They refuse to replace my leaking tank which is well within the guarantee period. Please take action against this money looting company. Customers beware of them. My 22000 rupees lost. Never fall prey to their cruel tactics.
