I had purchased metro green solar a week back and the sales guy had committed to send plumber along with him for installation but only the product was delivered and kept on the roof. They did not send the plumber nor they came for any inspection to check on the installation. On multiple follow up they said plumber will not be sent but they will guide local building plumber to install. They have suggested to install 18ft pipe to be connected as air vent, which is pathetic solution proposed, they do not even understand how 18ft pipe will stand in air. When contact shashi he is the only name they know in their office and not ready to share any other contact of his higher ups, even on the web site he is the only contact given. Service is very poor, no professional approach they are only pushing the sale after that not bother about user complaints. I am trying to find owner of this company to have discussion and get my things corrected. I am pained by the way these guys service and amount i have paid them. Do not every buy this product

I purchased a solar water heater from this company on 10 august 2017. An auto driver and another fellow came and installed it. But after 3 days 10-13 vacuum tubes bursted automatically though i complained to the company about this to mr s k shetty the contact person he says he will not replace the system for there is a warranty card issued for three years.
