[Resolved]  Metrosis Enterprise — fraud company

When i opted for work from home on quickr app, i got call from a company named metrosis enterprise for form filling job of 800 forms worth 25 rs each, in total 20000/- rs salary. And i am supposed to get an accuracy of more than 80% i. E. At least 640 forms must be correct. They said that if i don't trust them i can check their website, which did not seem to be a fake one. Then i said yes for the job and they asked me for a picture and digital signature which i provided them and then sent me an agreement with my photo and signature on it. Then i started working, next day my account got blocked and i got a call from the company's technical department saying that my ip address changed because i didn't log out the account and directly closed the site. I asked them for a solution, that technical dept. Guy said that either i pay the server maintenance charge of 8000/- rs (Which is refundable) or i should go to the rajkot court and follow the legal proceedings. I got scared and paid the amount of 8000/- immediately. After my work was finished and i submitted it, i got the quality check report within few hours which was incorrect because it was showing more than 550 forms as "wrong" which is not possible, since i could still open all the forms and check it and there was no mistake in it still it was showing wrong. After that i kept calling the company's helpline number, their technical dept and also kept mailing on their helpline email address, but they were just ignoring my issue and none of them were even behaving properly. Very late i got to know that they are a fraud company and i've already paid them rs 8000/-, i am a student and it is very difficult for me to arrange 8000 rs for such penalty. Please help me get the amount back.
