I have registered metrozip pass for one day and its was really freaking experience. I was reached on stop 20 minutes prior and bus driver not stopped bus even after waving hand multiple times. He took 2 girls in the bus who ran ahead and climbed in the bus. As a pregnant women i cant ran and unable to catch the bus. Really pathetic service. In evening same r13 A 6.15 time bus, we come to stop by 6.15 and at 6.30 metrozip sends msg the bus will be delayed by 20-30 mins. And then like a fool we wait for bus to come and whoa it's approx 45-60 mins late. metrozip guys you have to improve your services. If you think these are just stories try to travel for a week and youll understand what cheap service you are providing.
