Mettur Transports — Parcel Service

I have send the parcel from pondy to pollachi on 10th November booking No.5235650. I have rechecked the booking counter they confirmed delivered material before 2PM on 11th November.

I have called pollachi mettur Transports they informed us material will come 12th November 2PM.

I have called customers care more the 25 times always busy no response. Very worst Service and no response. After that i have got customers care no from pondy booking office

I have called and spoken to them they told material available at perundurai tonight before 9PM delivered to pollachi.

I have called 9PM pollachi booking office no one response. 12th morning 9am I have called perundurai link office they told material moved pollachi at 10pm to pollachi your can contact the vehicles driver no.

I am spoken to driver on 12th morning 9am he said I am there dharapuram material delivered at 12pm after that disconnect the line.

Dear public do not support the mettur Transports that are not good Service providers.
