I have booked a parcel on 22 Sep 2025, its been more than 10 days, we haven't received it yet. Tracking ID also showing 'in transit'. I tried reaching various branches of mettur transport staffs, but no response from their end.

I have send the parcel from pondy to pollachi on 10th November booking No.5235650. I have rechecked the booking counter they confirmed delivered material before 2PM on 11th November.
I have called pollachi mettur Transports they informed us material will come 12th November 2PM.

Sir,
I have booked a parcel on[protected].
Booking reference : 1912495.
Now itself 10 days gone. Still the website showing goods are under transit & till now the goods are not delivered. I have called the both office & customer care many times for clarification but no proper response.
I want to know the status of my goods. Please help me.
I don't know why they are displaying next day delivery...
