[Resolved] Mgvcl — Regarding not taking any action on registered complaint

I registered complaint on mgvcl website, and my complaint number is 3837091. next day morning when i checked my complaint status it was showing complaint status closed without taking any action.when i called customer care number[protected] .they cut my call without giving proper answer.then i called to corporate office vadodara[protected]
), one higher autority officer gave two wrong number and told me to contact on this number.

i got superintendent engineer mobile number of my division from mgvcl website.i called and he took immediate action ..but one bad thing happen that is when my father called to mgvcl Regd., Office, baroda ((0265) 2310583-86)and ask head officer why you have given wrong number and why are you misguiding people and also asked his name and detail he gave his name as hemantkumar gandhi and also told that do whatever you want to do if you want to go till our prime minister modi you can go like this attitude he gave answer to my father.and also he was calling us to his office with complaint.see how this people are behaving ... i am educated person i can manage this situaton but what about uneducated peoples...Kindly take some steps...

i have been complaining for low voltage in one of the phase at vasna substation sincelong, old complaints 6360524 and 6370318, both closed by their own wish without attending the complaints. you raise a complaint they close it after 3-4 days ..

I have registered complaint on toll free number [protected] of MGVCL before four days back, regarding Street Light LED is not working since last one week from my registered mobile number, after 48 hours my complaint is not attended and problem is not resolve, matter was already escalated to higher authority. My Complaint reference number is SLGJ00082280.
