I am jaimin chavda. I purchased new plot in Ishawar darshan-2, Bill vadodara. My plot besides to arrangements of transformer and live current pole. So I gave application in mgvcl on[protected]. But I can't get any answers and mgvcl's persons can't stop work. Transformer and live current pole is not safe our family. And also I wored to build up new hose by contractors. But contractors cannot work in my plot for safety point of you. Contractors...

I am resident of Dutta Krupa Gujarat Housing board, near Mali maholla, Gorwa, Vadodara.. Here is a person named Dharmendra dhobi is living on second floor, who is running Laundry shop beside our flat on municipal corporation land. He is supplying His Shop's electricity connection from his home in illegal and risky way.. please kindly remove his illegal connection.. He is putting residents life in danger.....

I've payed to MGVCL but payment status got failed.. but money got debited from the account and not yet credited back....

I made payment of rs 8239.12 from paytm by scanner available on bill on 5 Aug 23
Money got debited but still transaction shows failed pls help me out...

From 3 pm onwards there is power cut in my flat and rest of the complex is having power. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible....

Plz solve this issue everyday power cut problems...

Our Society we are resdent since 2005, MGVCL Power Transmission Poles are not being maintained or replaced periodically due to which one of pole has broken and about to fall with other transmission lines and poles.
Your kind attention is drawn for repars/replacement as asap...

I am writing to request to cut down a tree located next to my Property. (11/ V. D. patel Society station road, Uttarsanda, Nadiad, Gujarat.) The tree is currently very close to power lines, and it is posing a danger to the electric current running through the lines.

The tree are growing at an alarming rate and have become a safety hazard. I am concerned that the branches of the trees may cause...

In the early morning hours of 3.2.2023 there was electricity fluctuations and due to winters the fans were off. But in the morning when we woke up came to know that lift circuit had burnt off and house wifi system got damaged.
Similar complaint was reported on 9th December 2020 and damages occurred by us. During the last complaint the authorities have said that the fault was in transformer where the squirell were made their nest and...

The electricity bill of my company came much than it should be, its three time of which it should be .
The bill for october was 40390
the bill for november was 42880
the bill for december was 29628
the bill for january is 119741
The problem is in the reading of the meter.
please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

I have been given written complain regarding solar meter shows abnormal reading on 06.01.2023 at Janta, Vidhyanagar (Mgvcl office).
But no action taken from Mgvcl after 10 days.
I also called to sub-division Vidhyanagar fault center for two times but they are not given me satisfied answer.

bill amount for the month Aug-Sep was Rs. 8315/-, &
bill amount for the month Oct-Nov was Rs. 2365/-.

as you can see there is a almost three time amount showed in our bill month of Aug-sep (i.e. Rs. 8315/-) but as we dont want to go with any penaltiy and other consequencies i paid my bill amount.br...

For shifting of Poles attached Amount was paid. But work is still pending...

Actually I have filled my application for a new connection and I also paid all the fees regarding to that connection 3 months ago and still I am waiting to get my connection in umreth, Gujarat, India.

So, I want prompt response to get my connection done as soon as possible because I am literally waiting from so many days.
