Mhada — Amount deducted but showed payment not received then did another transaction, so need refund of first transaction

Dear Sir,
I have applied for MHADA KONKAN LOTTERY 2021 ( K21 ), I have made online payment through UPI option.

The payment was debited from my account on 30/09/2021 but the application status was showing Payment Not Received then I did another payment and it succeeded.

Please find attachment of transaction for which amount is deducted(user name - ARJUNKAKAD),

Please advice and update status of my application, I am trying to contact mhada but they are not available on there helpline number also.
