Mhada — Complaint about payment of recruitment 2021- Payment done by QR code, Deducted from Bank Account, not reflecting in application form

I have applied for the post of Junio Engineer (Civil). All application form has completed and then I processed further for the payment page. I have done payment of 500rs through QR scan mode, payment has completed and money got also deducted from my account. When I went back to the application page, tried for the E-Receipt option, it is not opening, and application not moving further and I am not able to process my application further. Please suggest what to do..
